Save yourself the headache — do not hire VA Hub Pro for anything mission-criticaling this as a warning to anyone…
⚠️ Do not hire VA Hub Pro for GoHighLevel/CRM development — and be cautious with vendor recommendations from Sell More Academy.
I hired VA Hub Pro to build out a CRM/automation system for my business and paid across four invoices between February and June 2026. Nearly seven months later:
Client onboarding automation is still broken — multiple clients have received contracts with no follow-up, or skipped onboarding steps entirely, requiring me to manually fix their records.
Automated session-expiry reminders (a core piece of what I paid for) were never built, despite being flagged in May and again in June.
Appointment reminders have failed repeatedly for clients.
Every SMS notification sends duplicated, without exception.
Analytics/tracking work (GA4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn) that I paid for on June 26 is still not functioning as of August 2026 — and VA Hub Pro's own team gave inconsistent internal labeling for this same unfinished work ("Phase 0" vs. "Phase 1"), which tells me their project tracking is as disorganized as their delivery.
I raised a data security concern in early July about suspicious form submissions and never received a clear answer.
On May 18, I was told in writing that "the project as scoped and contracted is complete." It was not — the issues above continued for months afterward.
I formally terminated the relationship and requested a full refund. As of this post, I have not received a refund.
I was originally connected to VA Hub Pro through Sell More Academy, which publicly claims to vet and recommend only trustworthy vendors. Based on this experience, I'd encourage anyone considering a vendor recommendation from them to do their own independent research first, regardless of the endorsement.
