Vacheron Constantin Arvostelua

Having my Vacheron Constantin Overseas serviced was a deeply disappointing experience, saved only by the competence of the watchmakers.

Customer service and overall experience throughout the process were absolutely not up to the standards of Haute Horlogerie. The administrative handling, the lack of transparency, and the communication felt completely outdated, like a service from another era. It was sluggish, rigid, and totally disconnected from modern client expectations.

The watches are absolute high-end, but the service is an epic disaster. I have bought a watch for 20k+ Euro three years ago in Vienna and have to replace now the leather bracelet. They have terminated all service contracts in Vienna since then and there is now way to change the bracelet in Vienna or send a replacement to Vienna. They have seriously asked me to travel to Munich to to that!

This is a luxury brand selling watches at the very top end of the market. Although the watch was purchased via an authorised retailer, I visited Vacheron Constantin’s boutique in Old Bond Street in order to have the watch strap adjusted. The boutique is small, but well laid out, and was a nice experience. The staff were extremely friendly and ensured I left the shop, only after my watch was perfectly adjusted.

This luxury brand of watch it’s one of the oldest brands in the world but very prestigious, in my opinion this brand of watch should be in every collection at people ho can afford, cause to be honest it’s not cheap at all as a brand
