Told me baggage was included and then call me back ask me for 80.00 for bags ! So not far ! It was rude . Total
Was 270’ paid now he said bags are included .

Very pleased with the associate who helped us plan our travel, Mylo Henderson. He was very responsive, very polite, very thorough and so easy to work with. Mylo made everything clear to us and we certainly appreciate his assistance. Kudos to Mylo!

I had to reschedule my trip for next year. The person who helped me was named Dallas. He was in Chicago, working from home. He was helpful, patient and kind. Great service.

The whole process takes forever on a simple rebook and the agent still could not have tell me what seats I have

They said they made a booking and gave me a confirmation number but they never actually booked it. stay far away!!!

The lady got my cancellation and rebooking all wrong!

Make me think that Delta's changes could be done through them at the same cost of calling Delta directly which was a lie. After contacting Delta I find out that I was charged $75 for a dog reservation in addition to Delta's $125 charge. I called to cancel the transaction but for some reason was never done. Weirddddddd!

This experience was very misleading and much more expensive then calling delta direct! I felt taken! Terrible experience. Overcharged! I cancelled !

The agent I booked the ticket through misrepresented the travel insurance. My Mother was in the hospital and I need to be there that day. I initially booked the wrong return date and could have changed it to the day I needed to return but she told me I didn't have to change it then as I could change it later and it wouldn't cost more. It was cheaper for me to buy a separate ticket from Delta than use their travel insurance. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I am disputing the travel insurance with my bank!

Emma, was wonderful!! She helped me change our sons trip home earlier due to my father illness.

Mylo and Andrew were wonderful! I will call on either of them next time I have to fly somewhere at the last minute!
