I don’t usually leave reviews

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one was a bit frustrating. I was really excited when I placed the order because everything looked great on the website.When it arrived, though, it didn’t feel like the same quality I was expecting. There were small issues that made it feel a bit cheap, and honestly, it just didn’t match the pictures that well.Tri ed reaching out to support, but the process was slower than I hoped and not very helpful in the end.Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not worth the price in my opinion.

I ordered from V20.nl after seeing all…

I ordered from V20.nl after seeing all the great feedback, so I honestly expected a smooth experience. The ordering part was easy and quick, no complaints there.But after that, it kind of went downhill. The delivery took longer than what was mentioned, and I had to chase them for updates a couple of times. When the item finally arrived, it wasn’t in bad condition, but definitely not perfect either—something just felt off for what I paid.It’s not a horrible experience, but it didn’t live up to the expectations at all. I probably wouldn’t order again.

I really wanted to like this company…

I really wanted to like this company because I saw a lot of positive reviews before ordering. At first, everything seemed fine—the website looked professional and ordering was easy.But after I placed my order, things started to feel a bit off. The delivery took longer than expected, and I didn’t get much communication unless I reached out myself. When I finally received the bike, it looked good, but there were a couple of small issues (like loose parts and needing adjustments right away), which I honestly didn’t expect for the price.Customer service did respond, but it felt a bit slow and not very proactive. I had to follow up multiple times to get a proper answer.Overall, the product is okay, but the experience didn’t match the hype for me. Not terrible, but definitely not as smooth as others made it sound.
