Little super star 🌟

Ellie Casey is a little superstar! Always happy to help, no query is too much trouble to assist with. Thanks Ellie 😎

Ellie Casey. Super helpful and always beyond pleasant to deal with. Always a pleasure.

As a very busy small business owner I just want to say a few words about the adviser who has been helping me deal with a very stressful issue - Ben.
Ben has been absolutely amazing and has gone way more than the Extra Mile an adviser needs to go. Ben is knowledgeable and supportive to my business needs and answers my emails and calls almost immediately. I am so pleased that I chose Utility Hive , not only for negotiating the new electric account, but the aftercare (and helping me deal with an issue that wasn't their fault).
Thank you Ben

Ben and Will were both excellent communicators and new their stuff, answering questions professionally and with patience

Dominic Gratton is very approachable a credit to the company

Ellie Casey, was such wholesome young lady to talk to! She was polite and very helpful with
everything needed in our phone call. Utility hive are very lucky to have a member of staff so welcoming & without a doubt a huge asset to the business as a whole.

Our business was out of contract with our energy supplier. I didn’t feel pressured at all and over several days we found the best contract to suit us.

Dominic garret recently helped us set up new contracts for our business alongside some of his colleagues. He did a great job, very informative and kept things simple for me.

Dominic Gratton was helpful in renewing the electricity for my business

I want to say a big thank you to Sandy, what a lovely young lady. She's very well-spoken and will be a significant asset to your company.

Regards

A very happy man
