VORSICHT:
Leider merkt man erst, dass diese "virtuelle" Kreditkarte gar nicht von allen Stellen akzeptiert wird, wenn es zu spät ist. Der Kartensupport kommentiert dies mit einem desinteressierten "Oh, da akzeptiert der Verkäufer wohl keine prepaid Kreditkarten mehr. Letzten Monat ging es noch. Sorry, aber da können wir nichts machen."
Während der Einrichtung darf man zudem auch noch einen ID-Prozess durchlaufen und seinen Personalausweis oder Reisepass abfotografieren und die deutsche Kontoverbindung angeben.
Anonym oder geschützt ist hier also rein gar nichts!
Die Erstattungsgebühren sind horrend.
Als Deutscher, der einen US-Shop nutzen wollte, absolut nutzlos und rausgeschmissenes Geld.

No problem with buying Claude subscription.

Not a scam. But ........... very difficult to use. Very few merchants actually take the prepaid visa card, which was very surprising - but anyway. Not worth the hassle. Also - crazy expensive fees

It used to be a great card and allowed unlimited card issuance. After some time, it was reduced to 100 cards per account, and now it’s only 10. I really need to generate a new card each time to get a discount.

Good support service, processed my refund request seamlessly. Refund was accepted upon unsupported paying on Merrell US e-shop.

It's hard to figure out which stores actually will accept the card and which don't. I had issues with payments through Stripe, Link and Creem.
However, customer service was very responsive and replied within 24 hours to all messages and even helped me with a refund.

It‘s just a scam. I added 50$ to my account, did all verifications, paid the monthly subscription. But now there is no shop where the card works - I tried a lot, US and european shops. My money is lost.

Don‘t use this service!

This is just junk. They accept a subscription fee, but it is impossible to load a card with any money, at least from Australia this appears to be the case.

Despite the answer listed below, I have reached outcome support multiple times, for which their answer is that nothing could be done and it was necessary to load the card now with bit coin.

Took my money and would not verify my ID, cancelled subscription but they still kept my fee. Feeling scammed.

J’ai demander un remboursement du montant de mon dépôt car aucun moyen de l’utiliser donc je souhaitais le récupérer mais silence complet une arnaque pitoyable j’ai fait un litige bancaire ils sont totalement idiots et je vais prendre des mesures à l’encontre de leur site frauduleux.

This virtual card has solved so many problems in my house!

Not only can we order what we want through every Amazon seller, I save so much being able to subscribe to a prime account where before so many problems at checkout.

BEWARE - Apparent scam site. Unable to verify. Probable identity theft. Stay clear. Ignore any response from US Unlocked. It will be a lie and a distraction.

Just tried to "verify" and after uploading my driving licence AND a live cam link, they claimed I failed to verify.

Of course, they now have my driving licence and a recording of my live cam.

I fear this is a scam ID site. Consider carefully before use.

I see they have replied to my compliant with a claim I was rejected for Anti Money Laundering reasons. That is an interesting statement and it is VERY interesting that it took them a month to reply given they were supposed to have deleted my driving licence details a month ago. Appears my fears they have it on record has been proven!

So I guess I am an international drug dealer now. Or perhaps this is bull copy and paste response to a scam company who records your driving licence for fraud.

Scam company - avoid. Do not give them your details as they CLEARLY keep it on file for some reason.

Scam company - just look at the negative reviews AND the nature of the reviews relating to identity theft.

I hope the posting company they have hired to reply on here is paid by the post - they will make a fortune!

1 star on Trustpilot says it all. The number of posts complaining about identity theft is telling!

*** Update 23rd October ***

Since US Unlocked amended their reply yesterday claiming my account “has been deleted” and referencing an exchange of messages, they have now asked Trustpilot to contact me requesting “more details to better understand your experience.”

They are asking for my name, email, phone number, and reference number, and Trustpilot added that “if we don’t hear from you, US Unlocked may not be able to recognise your review as genuine.”

This means that unless I provide my home phone number, my review could be treated as “not genuine” — even though US Unlocked already traced my Trustpilot name, found my account, reviewed the email exchange, and even located the “failed” verification attempt after I uploaded my driver’s licence.

They therefore already have my name, email address, and the account reference. So why are they now asking for my home phone number? Especially when they claim the account and all uploaded documents have been deleted?

This inconsistency raises valid questions about their data handling and why they need more personal information to “verify” a review they have already confirmed is linked to the correct account.

Don't waste your time. Only accepts members with a referral code so complete waste of my time filling the form out.
