I never did receive my serieal number for the trademark. Upon review I see that the trademark itself was never filed despite me paying them $1400.

I reached out via email and they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Nothing. I follwoed up twice. Nothing. About to go to visa and pull back the charge.

NO RESPONSE TO A REVIEW They have not delivered a service and did not file an application and no longer communicate with me ALSO ON TRUST PILOT. They have not responded to my review STATING FACTS. I ask Trust Pilot (in whom we place our trust) to INVESTIGATE AND request each of the 5 star reviews to provide the USPTO serial number of their application and the trademark name (publicly) in the review. The reviews can only be properly verified with that essential USPTO verification for a trademark application.

This company is a scam. They started asking for a fair fee, and then they kept adding cost after cost, after cost and it just didn't make any sense. When we stop paying, they started threatening some kind of action, but at the end they couldn't do anything because I doubt they are a legit company. Their charges came from three different company names; they tried to explain that but it just didn't make any sense.

I am an Australian Lawyer. I used US Trademark Professionals to attend to a trademark application while visiting in NC in the US last May. Since paying I have heard nothing from this firm. I have written numerous emails to the company (addresses on emails sent to me when I paid last year) these emails are not replied to. They have not given me the USPTO serial number when lodged. I have checked the WIPO data base and there is no record of a pending application either.

I strongly advise against using this business and intend to report them to all relevant parties. Be cautious and avoid being duped; it's likely their previous reviews are artificially generated. 😒
