Full refund and the head lamp disposed of to the local recycle center..
Informed no head lamp for RH AVAILABLE ..
Bought after market from eBay , waiting arrival . Cost £70
Not £400 new not £200 after market and not £90 second hand from ford..

Once you contacted us, we promptly arranged a full refund and confirmed that the headlamp could be disposed of at your local recycling centre, avoiding the need for you to return it. We’re also following up with our courier team regarding the damage sustained in transit.

We have commenced an immediate review of the circumstances surrounding the product supplied and will take appropriate action following our findings. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.
As the supply of our used parts is subject to stock availability, unfortunately, due to high demand, we did not have a suitable alternative available to offer as a replacement on this occasion.

We understand you have since sourced an aftermarket alternative. Ford Certified Used Parts supplies genuine Ford components which undergo rigorous Ford Certified testing, with pricing reflecting the specific genuine component supplied.

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that, on this occasion, we were unable to provide the experience and level of service we expect for our customers.

First Time using ford Certified parts…

This was my first time using Ford Certified Parts. I needed the Drivers Side Rear Light Cluster, for 'Ford C Max 2017' It was easy to search and find on their Web site. A choice of A or B quality. My choice was A at £91.00. The part arrived earlier than advised. It was securely packed and in Pristine condition. I fitted in 30 minutes. Excellent Service will use again if required.
