Kitchen was OK
Kitchen was OK, but many items damaged by dismantlers and despite encouraging noises, we have never received any compensation. Also - just our bad luck but the expensive hob broke very soon after installation. Minor thing but we never got some of the items like the oven shelves that were shown in the advert (which is still on their site but marked as sold). The dismantlers/transporters were very late which caused issues for us as the storage unit we booked closes at 8pm (they knew this well in advance and assured us it wouldn't be a problem but they went no contact on the day) Wouldn't use again.
Edited to add - don't be fooled by the apparent offer of assistance in the response - they are aware of and have acknowledged our issues - they could have helped us already but despite promises they didn't.

We’re truly sorry to hear about the damage caused during the dismantling process and the inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we deeply regret the stress this caused you. We’ve addressed this with the dismantling and transport company to ensure better communication and care in the future.
We are also now in the process of also setting up our own inhouse dismantling & delivery service to ensure a smoother experience.

I wouldn't buy a full price kitchen ever again...
I bought an ex display kitchen from Used Kitchen Hub at a huge discount over retail value.
I am thrilled with my purchase. The photos were representative of the kitchen I purchased (I didn't go to view it before buying but I was offered the opportunity to). Used Kitchen Hub were very good at communicating with me and arranged for dismantling and delivery of the kitchen (for additional fee). Everything went very smoothly and I would highly recommend them - in fact I have done! I would absolutely buy from them again in the future.

Excellent customer service from first…
Excellent customer service from first contact to sale agreed. We bought a beautiful kitchen.
Dreadful dismantling company (recommended by Kitchen Hub), units damaged, broker Quocker (had had the top yanked off breaking all the electrics and plastic surround), sniped wires of too short on appliances - no care and definitely no professionalism. I feel they were reacting to us not using their transport service and there a degree of pique in the service.
Definitely buy from here again, but would never in a million years use their dismantlers.
