I am so impressed with my Daysy and the company that produces it. I’ve been using my Daysy for about a year and a half and it’s allowed me to get off hormones and track my cycle naturally with no pregnancy scares.
My Daysy 1.0 had a battery issue and wasn’t working right so I contacted customer service. They immediately got back to me and had me ship them my Daysy. After a few days of them receiving my device I was contacted and told they were gonna have to replace my Daysy with a 2.0 free of charge. Wow I am so grateful for this company. Thank you.

Catalina was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to explain the daysy data to me! Great experience.

I would like to start off by saying what a wonderful experience I’ve had with this team. Not only is the device amazing but the staff that walks you through step by step when you need help is just the best! I’ve never had such a prompt or personal response via email or phone (Catalina & Jessica-the best) when I've reached out to a company. Now a days, this is simply unheard of. The Daysy itself has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made and I most certainly have this amazing team to thank for it!!!

I love my Daysy but what i love even more is the fact that this company cares about their customers! Their team is informed and very friendly providing quick response times and helpful advice/service.

I had daysy 1.0. For some reason my daysy was kind if open at the bottom and I contacted costumer services immediately. The gave me instructions to ship the item and they returned me a new one and the last version, daysy 2.0. They were very supported and communicative. They always answered my emails in a short period of time. I really appreciate your help and your excellent costumer service. That made me feel even more comfortable with my device.

The Daysy is amazing! I love it. I used the previous generation product, called LadyComp, preventing pregnancy for about 5 years. Once we decided to try, I got pregnant the very first cycle since I knew exactly when I ovulated.

The Daysy is even easier than that and I'm so grateful for a natural alternative to hormonal birth control.

Not easy to use.
Not as insightful as I would have liked into my overall cycle health.
Hard to know if it was worth it.
Setting it up and troubleshooting the issues was not easy and can't say that I had a great customer service experience--not great return policies. I still think my Daysey is broken but now I'm stuck with it and no one there seems to care.
Overall not happy with this purchase and think that the company could do better to with customer service, instructions on use, trouble shooting and warranty.

Daysy is a great tool for me. My husband and I have used it exclusively for pregnancy prevention for 8 months and it's worked thus far. It gives us about 2 weeks of green "safe" days and 2 weeks of red "unsafe" days to have sex every month. I've missed quite a few readings, missed 2 weeks straight while on vacation, and then I got "unsure" readings for about 2 weeks, then it went back to normal. So you definitely have to remember to take the readings, which is the hard part for me.

When I'm sick and can't breathe through my nose, or when I need to pee first thing in the morning it can be uncomfortable because I have to take the reading while in bed, holding my pee. Anyway, it is accurate and it does the job it should.

The app could use some updating, as it takes a long time to sync, and wish I could add notes like 'sex' to days 2 weeks before. It only lets me add notes to recent days.

It’s kinda confusing in the begging and I’ve had in for a couple months and I still can’t trust it

The Daysy is expensive and was hard to figure out how to connect to my phone. (I have to already have the app open before even turning on the daysy) but after I figured out how to get it to connect it worked well. It takes a Daysy awhile to read your temp in the morning but I think those few minutes are totally worth it. I’ve been tracking my fertility time using ovulation with test strips as well as Daysy to see if the Daysy was correct and it has been for going on 6 months. I’m glad I invested time, money and some sanity into Daysy. I’ve been pleased with the results.

Literally the biggest waste of money on the entire planet. Doesn't sync with your phone, takes forever to take your temperature and straight up doesn't work. I have reached out to customer support multiple times and they have told me to download beta versions of their app and all different types of solutions and nothing ever works. Absolutely garbage. Don't waste your money.

My issue is still not fixed and the product is now pointless without the app.

I love my Daysy. Customer service is very is friendly and very helpful. I recommend it to all of my family and friends who are considering going off of hormonal birth control. However, there are some guidelines that must be followed for accurate results that some people may not be aware of. Most important thing is to be consistent. Take your temperature before getting out of bed in the morning (going to the bathroom first can throw off your basil temperature). The more consistent you are at providing daily temps, the faster the device can pick up your rhythm and provide you with accurate days of your cycle. It only takes 30 seconds to sync with your phone. Sometimes I forget to hold down the button on my Daysy to confirm my period and when I try to change it in the app it, wont input unless its done in that 24 hr time frame before you take your temp again. If this can be fixed, my Daysy would be more accurate with my cycle instead of thinking I missed a day in the middle of my menstruation week. Other than that, I have had no issues with my Daysy! I love the soft beeping sound when its finished taking your temp, compared to an obnoxious loud beeping alert like some other thermometers. All in all, worth the money and stays true.

I love the idea of this device. However, the syncing part has ruined it for me. The first version of daysy wasn't compatible with my phone as it doesn't have a headphone port. So I had to patiently wait for the Bluetooth model to come out. Well the Bluetooth model is horrendous. I was lucky if I got it to sync and it took me several tries to get it to sync when it actually would go through. I was spending half my mornings just trying to sync the thing. Like I said I love the idea but the hassle and frustration that came with just trying to sync my data to the app wasn't worth it to me. I've even contacted the company to get help with it and they essentially told me everything I had already previously tried. I erased all previous data multiple times and started over with it. Now I'm trying to sell it since I spent so much money on it.

Great product! Love my Daysy and being off hormones! 100% recommended.

I LOVE using my Daysy. After horrible experiences with hormonal birth control, I decided to switch to Daysy.
I love that I can take my temperature after 3-4 hours of sleep, and it doesn’t have to be at the same time of day every day.

The only thing that was unfortunate was that I had a positive test for pregnancy long before my Daysy noticed or acknowledged. I figured it would have been able to tell me sooner than it did.

Daysy is a life changing. My husband and I were able to plan our pregnancy.

Not a fan of Daysey at all. I wish there was a way to get a full refund.

Daysy has been wonderful! Customer service was quick to reply to any questions I had before ordering. The Daysy it’s self is easy to use and so is the app.
