Their 30-day guarantee is a sham.
I purchased Q20 headphones that I was dissatisfied with. Separately, I purchased Q21s that were much better and for the same price. Thus, I wanted to return the Q20s, and I have been unable to do so.
Their 30-day guarantee is a sham. The headphones don't come shipped with return information. Instead, you are required to follow the instructions listed on their website—which I did. It has been over two weeks, and I have sent follow-up emails. But I have never received a response to my emails.
For this order, I actually tried to change it before it even shipped because I had meant to order the Q21s in the first place. Though they were responsive at that time, they sent me a terse claim that the issue could not be rectified because it was already prepped for shipping. Even though I sent the email making the request almost immediately after I placed the order.
This is not the customer service that is typical of an American company. Perhaps that is why they now permit processing orders on their site via Amazon Prime, which then handles the returns. At the very least, 1MORE should remove their false claim of a 30-day guarantee.
