I love the brand. I appreciate the free gifts. It’s a simple routine without the fuss. I have been using these products for several years now including the cleansers. I would hate to see how I would look without using NO7 :)

Price/code
Well I had a email stating I’d get close to 50% off using BTHP code but it didn’t work. I should have gotten the serum I ordered for 19.99 each not 25.00 each, my order was being placed before Aug.27-26 right around 11:57 pm…. So I still should have gotten the discount, I’d appreciate if you would change the price for me on my order!!! I can’t help with that. The website was taking its time to load and get itself together.

Hello Donna,
Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm truly sorry to hear about the trouble you faced with the discount code and the website's performance while placing your order. I understand how frustrating it must have been to not receive the expected price. I'd be happy to look into this further for you.
A message has been sent to your account.
