I just love you are bookbag. A while back I brought a large one. This time I brought a small one for my son's girlfriend. She loves purple. I love the material.

Where's the wallet Matt (& Nat)? Ordered a wallet based on shipping timelines saying it would be here before xmas. 12/27 shipment delayed notification. 1/9 emailed customer service. No response 5 days since despite the auto-reply we'll get back to you in 2-4 days. Poor customer service, poor communication.

This purse was a late order with great hope it would arrive before Christmas. Lo and behold it arrived in time for a very happy Christmas. Exactly what my sweet vegan was hoping for.

We got the bag just in time- very quickly and we loved the colour and design. I got my husband this bag in navy many years ago and it was his go to briefcase for that whole time. Then when it came time to replace it, we got it in olive. He didn’t want a different bag because he really loves this briefcase. It is vegan without looking relaxed or unprofessional. And always draws comments and then we can use as an opportunity to talk about style without using animal products!

Loved these at first but after having for a little over 1 month they are already falling apart and showing significant wear after normal use (no rugged terrain, etc).

Waiting to hear back on a pair of shoes that are too small and I need to return/exchange
