Colors were bright and crisp

Only one small criticism -- things arrive too piecemeal, and one item must have been backordered (so I don't know why I would order it) and arrived weeks after I looked at it online. Feel I should have received a notification that it was now available and did I still want it. Cute clothes though.

I love their style and quality. And when an item didn’t fit, the returns process was so easy.

The color/pattern really wasn't good on me in person, but the fit was beautiful and the fabric was nice and light for summer. Would like the see photography better reflect actual fabrics.

This is a lovely skirt that is very flattering for my petite curvy body. I am 5’2” with a small waist and large hips. I ordered the 12P. The waist sat perfectly and the A-Line flattered my frame. But this length is crazy long. Even with the petite length it fell onto the floor and I had to spend even more money to get it hemmed. I would have ordered the other colors because it is so flattering but unfortunately with the extra cost of alterations it made the skirt much too expensive.

The rainbow-striped sundress and embroidered tee shirt I bought for my granddaughter are of wonderful quality, with sizing as expected. Biden processed my order immediately — I ordered over a weekend and they shipped it Monday morning. I received my order (from the UK to our address in the SF east bay) in exactly one week — so fast! The sundress, worn currently as a jumper with the t-shirt under, is my 3-year old granddaughter’s favorite outfit, and she spins around with delight when she puts in on!

I have been a long time customer of Boden. I appreciate their style and find it refreshing as a US citizen. Quality is always top notch. Returns super easy, if necessary. I am looking for Boden now to push into more sustainable practices and fabrics. That is true of any company I am purchasing from so I have limited my purchases from them and every company I like until they make some major moves in that direction. Lastly, I am a size 11 shoe and that European sizing is not offered, as well as vegan leather. Boden has made great strides in responsible packaging and responsible cashmere sourcing, so keep it up. Thank you for caring about our one and only planet.

Ease of ordering and the prompt delivery.

Shipping was slow compared to other companies, but loved the dresses - quality and style. Had to return/exchange sizes but the Happy Return process was quick and easy. Thanks!

Harlequin trench fits true to size and is beautiful. I’m 5’ 10”, 163 lbs and got the size 10. Now I have to wait for cool weather to wear it.

5’ 2”, 130, size 10 petite fit just how I like, not snug, a bit loose. The colors are unique. Perfect weight fabric for warmer weather. I really love the sleeve length. Would buy in another brighter print color.
