Pleasantly Surprised
The only issue I had was the placement/ cropping of design. I created my design using ChatGPT, and to i asked for it to be the size of a standard business card, when I uploaded it to your site, I was prompted to crop the edges of the design. So, I was under the impression that part of my border wouldn't be included in the design. Much to my surprise, once the cards arrived, the entire design was printed just as chat GPT had provided! It was just unneeded stress and decision making, but finished product is quality for the money!

The customer service experience is outrageously poor
The customer service experience is unbelievably frustrating. The bot is stupid and refuses to provide any actual contact information. I paid extra to have my printing arrive faster, and it was late. I would like a refund of the difference. It was substantial. There seems to be no way to contact this company. If you’re unhappy, you’re out of luck. I don’t think I’ll order again and I will be sure to tell everyone not to order from them based on the horrible customer service experience.
