Seit zwei Wochen versuche ich mein Problem zu lösen: Mein Authenticator muss entfernt werden, da ich mich nicht mehr einloggen kann. Der Support ist leider keine Hilfe und schickt lediglich automatisierte Textbausteine. Besonders dreist: Mein Ticket wird als 'gelöst' markiert und geschlossen, während das Abo munter weiterläuft, ohne dass ich die Leistung nutzen kann. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel.

Für die meisten Spiele haben sie einen Cash Shop, der einem nur das Geld aus der Tasche zieht, während der Kern des Spiels nicht einmal richtig funktioniert. Man bezahlt im Grunde genommen nur für Programme, die nicht richtig funktionieren und daher reine Ärgernisse sind. Finger weg!

Bought MW3 and BO6, and after a year i cant play any of them. It wont install and their support is useless. I tell them ive tried everything in the error code article and much more from possible solutions online, and twice they've just me a link to the same article and saying sorry for the inconvenience. Theyre not sorry.. They're actually useless at helping. Now i cant play 2 games i paid for.

What a massive joke. Imagine paying hard-earned money for games only to get locked out by a trash launcher. This is absolute BS. You literally buy a product and they slam the door in your face. This company is an abosulte joke. pray you never change phone numbers as it will take you 3 days to retrieve youre acount. dont gift anyone anything from them as it is not instant and you have to open a ticketr to even find out where it is even though they take youre funds instantly. i have played theyre games for over 18 years and battle is now a shambles zero respect for customers.

the captcha is shit, struggle for 15 minutes, then i decide to moveon and uninstall everything associate with it. the worst platform ever.

I wanted to get into Overwatch and tried making an account. Got hit with a stupid broken captcha that randomly declared me as "A Robot" and saying "Only humans are allowed to create Battle.net accounts."
So congratulations, Blizzard. You have single-handedly made me want to avoid anything with your name on it. Un-freaking-believable....

What a disgraceful company this is. I haven't been able to play on my account for some time now. After contacting support several times, my account is still blocked from playing. They say I have to buy everything again, completely restart. This is truly outrageous. Nothing was done wrong, nor can or will they provide any details. So I know nothing... I can't defend myself or discuss it, because I don't know why. It's just a rip-off to make more money. I am really not happy with this. I used to play a lot, invested a lot of time and built everything up. I had bought everything physically in the past, so I have lost a lot because I can no longer play on my account. For several years now, this company and their support and treatment seem to be far below what they should be. This is really very disappointing.

Want to share something interesting. On February 23rd, two charges of 25,299 KZT each appeared on my card from Battle.net. I haven't touched your platform since 2022, never linked my card, and I have 3D Secure on my Visa - meaning NOTHING should go through without an OTP. Surprise - no OTP, but money is gone. Twice.
I opened a support ticket over 24 hours ago. Radio silence. Great customer service 👏
So let me get this straight - your platform somehow processes payments from cards that were never linked, bypasses 3D Secure verification, and your support can't be bothered to respond? That's not a bug, that's a disaster.
I'm already in contact with my bank, Visa International, and financial regulators in Kazakhstan. I'm also making sure as many people as possible know about this vulnerability so they can protect themselves.
A full refund of 50,598 KZT and an actual explanation would be a great start.

Absolute trash, I can't believe we've been complacent enough to let Activison & Blizzard stay in business this long. I hope to see the bankruptcy and collapse of both companies in the coming years. Don't waste your time trying to make anything they've made work, it's a ridiculous amount of effort for a shit catalog of games.

worst security ever got my account taken and cant recover because they have no customer support besides this ai which cant even solve simple issues, greedy as hell always trying to take your money as fast as possible, most games on here are not worth going through the trouble of clicking the install button and most games will make you wanna hurt yourself.
