Out of 4 rings I ordered, 3 were canceled without. Any reason. I was not told they were out of stock or anything. Nothing about a refund

After paying for the ring,I thought I was I was scammed,

After paying for the ring, I was asked for another $70.00 . I didn’t give him any more money and refused the package. Now I’m waiting the the charge to be returned!

As a resident, you may be aware that import/custom fees and taxes are often applied to international shipments. These charges are determined by the carrier and your local customs authorities, not by us.

We want to assure you that we did not ask for any extra money; the additional fees were imposed directly by the carrier. We understand that these unexpected costs can be frustrating. Once we receive the item back from the carrier we will be refunding your original payment method. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

My package was not properly delivered…

My package was not properly delivered leading to me not receiving my package. I did not receive a USPS tracking number so there is no way of me contacting the post office. Very poor communication from URock support team, taking over 4 business days to reply to their online chat and emails. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.

The main issue was the cheap packaging

The main issue was the cheap packaging. Embarrassing.
The earrings just flip all over on a single piece of regular cardboard because the cardboard is much bigger than earrings makes earrings look much smaller.
There wasn’t even a simple jewelry box not even a pouch inside packaging.

I searched and luckily found a small jewelry box in my wife’s drawer.
Thinking I would get away with it she said, what did you do with the earrings that were originally in that box??

But she seemed to like the earrings, So Far!!
We paid $149.00 but they look worth it

Ring was too small

Ordered a ring from UROCK Jewelry, but it didn't fit. Contacted their customer service, and they helped me return it and suggested a larger size. The process was easy, and the jewelry is high-quality.
