The first urn received was damaged; but Paul and his team sent another one out immediately with no extra charge, additional packaging, and a better shipping company.
The Urn itself is beautiful and feels like a more special container than the wooden box it is replacing.

Firstly, the urn is lovely and it was made ti order, really happy with the quality too. They kept me very well informed and their emails were very kindly worded and empathetc as inevitably its a purchase you dont really want to have to make.
