Dr. Dziakova did a fantastic job! She listened carefully to my symptoms and asked great follow up questions. The prescription she wrote was easy to fill, as well.

We did have a slight hiccup connecting. I was waiting past our time, but she never received the message of confirmation. Once I sent her a text she got on immediately. She was very apologetic for my wait time. No problem at all, however, because she was an excellent physician. HIGHLY recommend!

This telemedicine services is so convenient and excellent. Stacye Toups, my doctor, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to my concerns and walk me through my options. The prescription arrived electronically and worked seamlessly with my Spanish pharmacy.

I worked with Stacye Toups and she was extremely efficient. I got an appointment with her very fast, she was extremely punctual and was ready with treatments that would work. Really recommend this service whek youre stressed out and sick in a non english speaking country (she spoke perfectly fluent english).

The doctor offered video call in 40 minutes after request was published. He was quick to understood the issue which was skin irritation by sea water and sea bugs and prescribed medication that worked well. Overall happy with experience, will keep the number for future trips in Spain

I almost sure without antibiotics i can't make it,

Very fast, efficient, simple and honest

I needed antibiotics for a a UTI whilst in Spain. The whole process from signing up to taking my first dose of antibiotics only took 2 hours.

I was offered many Google meet appointment options by various doctors. All €65 or so. I met with a friendly English speaking doctor who listened and agreed with my request for a particular antibiotic that I know works for me. Something that takes 3 weeks of suffering in the UK to get (experienced it twice over the years). She generated the prescription and I collected it within minutes and paid €4.

Leaving 4 stars because the app they told me to download is not available in my App Store (UK). That meant that I couldn’t log in and do the necessary steps in the prescription email. Luckily the pharmacy was flexible with this.

I recommend to just stay on the call whilst you receive the prescription and double check you have everything you need.

Very easy and effective appointment. Fast service and was able to get an appointment within 30 mins request. Needed an RX refill prescription since I had a US one .. I needed to get a Spanish Rx to ensure I have the medication for the rest of my travels
