The company is fairly new to our town but have spent alot of time and money and now have a very attractive shop and business premises.I was surprised by the warm and friendly welcome and all the moreso because the order I placed was very small and the charming lady at front of shop made the whole process so easy. I had occasion to return again later and was again impressed by the professionalism. It is such a breath of fresh air to feel that you are treated so well and not judged by the size of your order.

I am so pleased with the windows installed by Urbeco Glazing. I hadn't really wanted to spend too much on windows but my existing ones were rotten. However, I am so thrilled that I did go ahead and with the result that honestly, I am glad I had to have the work done now. Definitely worth the investment. The windows are of the highest quality and improve the look of the house so much too. Thank you Keith/Urbeco.

Had urbeco out to install my bi fold doors. From point of contact to install everything about Keith from start to finish was 5 star. His knowledge to the final finish was very professional. Had to get him back out as when Doors had settled in there was a very slight bit of movement. This was advised to me that it can happen Doors being installed into a conservatory. I don't often get people in to do work on my house because I'm picky about things being done well and willing to take the extra time to research and do it myself. Urbeco came recommended for being as picky as I am at how to finish a job well and they did not disappoint. The primary install was done with plenty of time in case of surprises, and the finishing off was done a few days later once everything had had time to settle. Solid, no gaps, padding or unfinished edges. I barely had much sign of work having been done except the new door frame needing a finishing coat of paint.

This is a brilliant company offering an amazing bespoke service. Very high quality products on offer. Keith has so many years of experience in the industry and offers options and ideas to suit. Their prices are very competitive but the service and quality of product you get are top class. We wanted to change all our windows and doors, Keith listened to us and proposed different ideas and options to suit every room. The end result is fabulous. Our house has had an amazing face lift and all our windows and doors now are fitted properly, no more drafts or horrible flimsy doors. The difference is incredible. We are looking forward to winter coming and being inside our cosy home. I cannot recommend Keith and his family run business enough. Urbeco also offer integrated blinds (that sit within the double glazing) and these have made such a difference being on the back door in our kitchen. We are waiting to get fitted blinds for some of the windows as well. We are not done yet and will be back.

We purchased bifold doors from Urbeco, they offered fantastic levels of service and their lead times were faster than anyone else including our regular supplier. Keith has always been on hand to help out with our queries. The end product was finished to a high standard and overall we are happy with our dealings.
