I've just had new fitted wardrobes installed and I'm very happy with the result. The quality of the fit and finish is excellent given that I think these are very reasonably priced - about a 5th the cost of someone like Sharps and a much, much nicer experience.

Sometimes they were a little slow replying to emails, but I appreciate they are a small business and it can be difficult to juggle everything. But after I placed the order and paid the deposit the installation was booked within 4 weeks as promised. The installers were incredibly diligent, left no mess and did an excellent job.

There was one small hiccup with wrongly-sized drawer runners, meaning it couldn't be finished on the original installation date, but they came back quickly and finished up.

Overall I'm very happy and I would certainly recommend Mykhailo and his team.

We had a good experience with Urban Wardrobes and were very happy with the final result. Communication was good and would have no reservations in recommending them.

Very happy with the quality of the product, installation and the degree of customization. The process could have probably been quicker, however the quality of the end product more than makes up for it

I had a small cupboard and large closet fitted, they were reasonably priced and look great.

We're very happy with our new wardrobes, which is why I'm giving them 5 stars. Nevertheless, I do think lead times for every part of the process were quite long, they need to hire more people! Especially as we had 3 further visits in the end to finish up the job as some miscommunication issues came up. So what should have been done and dusted on the 29th of August dragged in the end until the 30th of September.
Have to say, the fitters were very professional, showed up on time and left the rooms very tidy.

I'm really happy with the finished product of the two wardrobes put in for us by Urban Wardrobes. The finishes they recommended for us are excellent: good quality carcasses, custom doors, lighting and handles etc all look great. A lot comes down to the skill and care of the fitter who puts it all in on the day, and in our case he was excellent - also of note is that they have a different driver to drop off equipment, tools and the fitter without needing endless parking vouchers etc; a good system.

If I had to list the negatives, these would be:
- I'm quite hands-on so would have preferred a more interactive design process with more exploration of different design options
- Lead time on manufacture is quite long - if you are impatient like me!
- Had a minor delay in installation start date, and also needed a return visit since some drawer handles didn't arrive from Germany in time.

But these negatives are very minor when viewed in the context of the fact that we love the finished product, and the intrusion was minimal because the fitter was punctual, quiet and very tidy.

I highly recommend Urban Wardrobes. The service is very good. Things happened when they said they would. The wardrobes are good quality and look great. Mykhailo and his team are professional and responsive.

We are absolutely thrilled with the wardrobe we purchased and it looks fantastic, with a really clean, slick and neatly created aesthetic. Our wardrobe fits perfectly to the room and it will surely add value to the property as it makes an excellent use of the space in the bedroom. The workers were perfectly mannered and worked fast and efficiently throughout the whole job, showing such professionalism and making us feel very secure that this was a great decision. Am so pleased with our dressing room. Urban Wardrobes were highly professional, great product, brilliant fitters. Really impressed from start to finish. There were a couple of minor issues which were sorted out straight away and with no fuss. Really impressed with the service and product. Would recommend without hesitation.

Lovely black glass & Bavarian beech wardrobe. Accommodated several design changes and odd building features. Had a couple of delays last-minute before installation with conflicting reasons why, and a slight over-run due to a mis-ordered hinge, but made sure they finished the job to a high-standard, including replacing a couple of shelves that were ever so slightly too small.

I had a great experience working with Urban wardrobes. They were very clear from the start in terms of the price and how the costs are broken down and were always very communicative and responsive to our questions and concerns during the whole process. Great quality, good service, very attentive on design and an excellent finish at a good price.

Excellent service. We had a difficult space a some specific ideas of what we wanted. Another company had told us it wasn't possible, Urban Wardrobes not only did what we asked, they did it for less than the company who were forcing a compromise we weren't interested in. Really pleased with the finished wardrobes. They are just fantastic.

Fantastic experience with Urban Wardrobes. Every detail of the planning and design was meticulous (Jeff Badaev, our designer was excellent). It took a few months from design to build (we were doing 4 projects though - wardrobes, a study and library!) final installation went very well and one small hiccup was quickly resolved. I had obtained quotes from all the usual suspects in the wardrobe design space but am beyond pleased with the work done by Jeff, Rimgaudas and the team. I highly recommend them.
