Urban Peaches Arvostelua

Can’t fault anything I have ordered. Had a query with my order and was answered within a day. The quality of the dresses and shorts and tops I ordered is very very good!!! Would 100% order again.

Item fits perfectly. Very happy. Will be ordering some more colours for a few holidays I have this year. Very quick delivery of item. Great contact from Urban Peaches kept inform of despatch and delivery. Thank you will definitely recommend to friends. Xx

You said 3 working days my clothing still not come

Easy to navigate website
Quick delivery
Clothing material is outstanding

My delivery came really quickly and the item fits really well - first time buyer and will be buying again !

I buy the gear for my mrs. She loves it, looks great so I love it. 1st class service from Urban Peaches

I just love these I have 3 colours great for night out with heels and fab with a tan so comfortable

I love my new jeans! They are honestly the best ones I've bought in years, they fit beautifully and are actually comfortable and good quality. Thank you I will definitely be ordering again soon😁

Ordered 3 items. Slippers came in the wrong size, cardigan came with sleeves unravelling (i repaired as I liked it) and full body suit was clearly made for someone about 5’4 as at 5’9 it came nowhere near my ankles. Sent 2 items back. Was told I had to pay postage and they would refund. Luckily I did through Klarna as the return has not been processed by these guys but the payment for the cardigan I kept it the only payment I need to make. Again, Luckily, I took screenshots of my correspondence between me and their customer services and a photo of the receipt showing return postage. Now with Klarna to dispute. Would not use again, poor quality, poor service

Excellent no complaints 3rd order received fast delivery, goods exactly as described I was unsure about ordering initially as there was negative feedback regarding not receiving orders etc but that has not been my experience at all just placed another order today

Brilliant, fast delivery, easy ordering, exactly what I wanted.

Excellent, fast delivery, true to size, great price. Will be using again.

Postage etc was fine. A little longer than expected but it arrived. The issue is the cardigan. Quality ok but colour nothing like the pic at all. I ordered ‘stone’ which looks like a lovely biscuit colour on the site. What I got was something like ‘camel’ and it’s awful! £20 down the drain. Gutted.

Literally the worst service ever.
Sent out an item with a hole. No big deal. Was told
To return it and they would pay the postage.

9 emailed later and legal action including emails
To the personal account. No response. No return package and no refund. Then I received an email saying they would refund me after threatening legal action. Was told up to 10 days. Still no refund. I have no had to take legal action and still haven’t received a single email or a refund for neither the product or the return postage. Worst worst service.

Absolutely love the frilled shorts and shirt to match, so so feminine and pretty.
Cassie lounge suit so so soft, ideal to travel in, looks smart too. The girls in the family loving their Urban Peaches gifts. ❤️

First time i had seen anything from this company and gave to say im so impressed. Easy to order, quick delivery and lovely garment. Will definitely order again

Skeptical after reading such negative reviews.
Ordered last week and my order arrived yesterday via Royal Mail. Even with the issues with the post and new year delays.
The outfit is lovely, good quality leggings and top. Very happy with my experience.

Terrible customer service
I ordered a set for my daughter, money was taken quickly , never received my item was told sold to me even know out of stock, no new tracking details was provided, messaged on Facebook email no response, took a PayPal dispute to get a refund..

I ordered a few bits off here for next day delivery can not fault them

Absolutely disgraceful service!! Ordered 2 sets, was told they got sent then 2 days later was told its out of stock.. then when parcel arrived only 1 set was there WHICH HAD A HOLE IN IT!!! Never order from this place! Waiting on a refund!!
