Please can you reach out to our customer services with your order number so we can address your issue.

There's not a single order in our system under the name "Mohan Raj" and you may be confusing us with a different store.

Still no email from you Mohan? Upon inspection it shows you're from India. We have never sent a single order to India.

We're convinced you're review is either fake or regarding another store unrelated to us, please can you check and update/remove your review accordingly. Thanks.

In-store shopper very happy with online experience

Have used the shop in Bury many times (always excellent), but needed a sweatshirt when I couldn't get to the shops, so went online. It was delivered very quickly, is really nice, and matched the description well. I still prefer in-store shopping when possible, but would happily order online again if the need arose.

Sizes are very small.

The sizes are very small. I checked sizing chart and pick 3XL. It was tiny, a large at best. Sham because it looked great. I've returned so will wait to see how long it takes for refund.

So sorry to hear your size wasn't right for you. I checked the size guide for the item you purchased and re-measured the item to make sure all the info is correct.

The size chart and measurement matched with a 3XL measuring to be a 50 inch chest (Large is 42 inch).

Once your item is received back with us you will be credited within 2 working days.

My apologies again that the size wasn't right for you.

I orded 12 mei a Trojan Triple Tipped Pique Polo Brown.
I paid 72 euro,s. But i did,n get it. And i send 2 mails, no reaction?
