I bought a gabicci cord duffle coat from urban menswear I would like to say its fantastic it came within 2 days and the packaging was brilliant the coat is pukka not a crease on it can't thank use enough great coat great service recommend to anyone urban menswear

Came across this firm on the internet…

Came across this firm on the internet had exactly what I was looking for the sky blue fila track top , and at a great price as well , arrived promptly and fits perfectly keep up the good work love your gear I shall return .. I absolutely recommend that you take a browse 👀

Wrong colour shirt that's not even advertised on website

They sent me a colour polo shirt that's not even listed on their website, I ordered the advertised Sky Blue/Black but received Smoke Blue/Black Grey! which is a Sage Green colour, yuck!
No response from customer service as yet, I've donated it to the charity shop because I won't wear it! It's a pity because I had high hopes for this retailer due to good reviews but I will not buy from them again.
As you will see from there reply below that the business acumen they aspire to is very haphazard and unprofessional, my advice would be to steer clear!

We're sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced whilst shopping with us.

Just to clarify, we appropriate colours on our website. All different brands use different names for colours - Sky can be called anything from Light blue to Ice Blue to Smoke Blue depending on the brand.

To keep things uniform and understandable for customers we appropriate this to sky blue in the title and then specify the brand given colour in the description.

If you have received something you're not keen on, we have a no questions asked refund policy which means you can return any unworn item for a refund no questions asked.
