I'm so impressed. I messed up changing my delivery address - I've recently moved - and as soon as I realised and contacted them, Urban responded to assure me that the order would go to the right place. They soon got in touch again to point out (very politely) that the new postcode I had submitted wasn't registering as valid and, sure enough, I had got that wrong too! Well caught - twice. Oh, and I love the top I bought!

I bought two Sergio Tecchini track tops at £59 each which was considerably cheaper than your competitors, the clothing quality was perfect, it also came with free delivery because I spent over £100 quid. Both items fitted me just right, so i shall shop with you again, and I shall also tell my friends where to go for a bargain. Thanks for everything. Delivery was quick as well. Thanks again
