Urban Capitol Photography Arvostelua

The quality and choice of photo was not as expected

Timely, polite and courteous manner

Great work! I recommend them to all agents for perfectly great work.

Simple process, great photos, quick turn around and priced well I will use this service again. Oh, and they gave a discoubt for next scheduling.

The pictures were great. I didn't know that occupied properties have priority over one's that are vacant. Despite having a scheduled appointment. I will keep this in mind the next time. The staff was quick to remedy the issue.

Great job and super nice photographer and very fast turnaround!

The photographer was not late and he took more than enough great photos.

The company has no consistency. I didn't know if anyone showed up on the date. 2 days later i hadto ask for the products. I still have not seen all, just the pics

The photographer was great, efficient and nice. He was helpful in giving us tips on how to move some furniture. The pictures make the home look like a model; the client and I love them!!!

The photographer was exceptional, Diwit, pleasant, very cooperative, knowledgeable

Professional and quick response to home photo request for my home listing.
Also post payment was available 👍🏾💫

First, the photography is excellent and effective. Truly powerful, professional photographs make the phone ring, fill the inbox, and load up the appointment schedule. Second, you can count on not just the quality of the photos but also the timeliness of delivery when time is essential. And absolutely not least Urban Capitol's professional service is the best in real estate photography. Whether I reach Ty, Samantha or Kevin I always know that what I need is what they will make a priority: whether we need a photo edited, a sequence change in a video, or help navigating a matterport, I can confidently tell my clients that we can get it done.

Urban Capitol is an essential part of my listing pitch to sellers, my marketing plan and execution, and my success helping my clients succeed.

Great work. My client and I were thrilled with the photos and 2D/3D floor plans.

The photographer arrived on time, and went straight to work. She was professional and had enough patience to wait for me to make little 'fixes' in the rooms. And most of all, the pix were fabulous - the sellers and I were amazed at how the pictures showcased the rooms. Excellent job. I plan to refer and use again.

photographer was nearly an hour late and i was only discounted "5%" of the total cost for that inconvenience . The photos turned out pretty well but the photographer also forgot to shoot one of the bedrooms .

Photos were delivered as promised with no issues. Customer Service was awesome as well.
I just wish the watermarks were not across the entire picture but rather in the bottom corner as to not give the appearance that I haven't paid for them.

Super easy to schedule and even on short notice. Pictures look amazing. My sellers are thrilled.

Matterport posting without permission is an issue. I appreciate the company rectifying this in a timely manner, yet the client still hasn't been called.
