Absolutely disgusting company.

Started with saying that they could fix my ranger for 3700£ They then remove the engine and tell you its going to cost 9000£.

After coming to an agreement to come to a more reasonable price the work then took 6 months to finish!! The communication was absolutely terrible, with me chasing them all the time to see what the hell was going on.

Fast forward to the car being fixed, it needed to be MOTd as it had been there for so long. Ashely then broke my trust untold amounts. The car failed its MOT due to tyres and fog lights so he suggested I get it towed back to me and sort it back. Of course these were extra payments even though they had my car for so long and In good faith I trusted him that the car was completely sound. On its return the haulage man says it has leaked oil all over tow bed. I then too a look at the MOT failed certificate and it reports massive oil leak from engine!!

Now I've lost contact with this scummy company after trying to get them to reimburse what it would cost to fix the leak so I don't have tow the car back to there garage.

THEY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE DO BUISNESS

They are trying to dissolve this company. They trade as a number of businesses Global engine parts uk Ltd, Drayton perfmance and dynamic autos amongst others and a host of names associated with telford and Wolverhampton. The lower reviews are correct see face book group Dynamic auto rip-offs.

These guys Sarj, Rupy and co are renowned con-artists they take your vehicle and take the engine out and if your lucky return the shell and close shop DO NOT USE THEM 5STARS FOR RIP OFF MERCHANTS

From first contact I was kept informed on every stage of my jaguar engine failure. Updated with photos videos and phone calls. I spent the day with Sarj and his crew. They really looked after me and my car. A few teething troubles were quickly sorted out and I got the car back after a full valeting spanking clean and smelling very nice. I for one can't complain about the service and warm welcome I received. It was a 2 hour drive for me. But well worth it and can highly recommend the service they provide. If you treat these guys with the respect they deserve you will reap the rewards of there hospitality. Can't praise them enough.

Honestly, buying a Land Rover was such a dream for me — I’d wanted one for so long, so finally getting it felt like a huge moment. But not long after, the oil light came on and then the engine started making this awful knocking sound… my heart just sank. I had no idea what to do or who to turn to.

I found Urban Auto Care on Google and saw that they had loads of good reviews, especially when it came to Land Rovers, so I gave them a call. From that first conversation, I felt so much more at ease. They arranged to collect the car from my house, which was honestly such a blessing because I was feeling really overwhelmed.

The person I spoke to throughout was Mac, and he was just amazing. Super kind, explained everything in a way I could actually understand, and kept me in the loop the whole time. I never felt like I was being left in the dark or that I had to chase anyone for updates — they just had it all handled.

And the cherry on top? When I went to collect the car, Mac had a little gift hamper waiting for me as a thank-you. I nearly cried — it was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. I don’t think I’ve ever had an experience like that with a garage before.

I hope I never have to go through something like that again, but if I do — or if anyone else is in that position — I can’t recommend these guys enough. Genuinely the best.

Urban auto care have got to be the best company I’ve come across. To be honest, I spoke to so many garages in regards to my Range Rover velar. Being a single mother and not really knowing much about cars, I didn’t know what much to do after the AA diagnosed that my engine had failed on the way back from the school run when it broke down. I found Urban the next day and I spoke to Felicity. She was amazing. She spoke me through the entire process and put my mind at rest. They got my vehicle booked in for recovery the next day (free of charge!!) and I was kept updated throughout the entire process. I could ask any question at any moment and it was never too much. I picked my car up yesterday and it’s never sounded or driven this good. I can’t thank these guys enough. And thank you Sarj for the gift hamper! I’m so glad I found you guys.

Where do I start? I bought my Ford Ranger from a dealer in reading 6 months ago. I drove the car for not even a fortnight before it blew up on me. After a lot of back and forth with that company I got absolutely nowhere and basically got told to do one. I sent the car to a garage Slough who had told me that it needed an engine rebuild (obviously). The removed and stripped my engine and had the car until April (nearly 2 months!) just to tell me that they can't do it. After having the car brought back home, I came across Urban a while after back in May. They sorted through all the missing or broken parts from the other garage and got my car up and running again! It seemed odd at first since I've not seen it running since January 😅. It was so relieving to have the car with these guys. They kept me posted through every step and stage with pictures and videos. They also had the car fully valeted for me before I picked it up. They gave me a better service than the company I bought it off! No question or query was ever too much. I have read a few reviews here already and I must agree, these people restore your faith in the motor trade. They certainly did with me. So, to the team at Urban, thank you so much for all of your help!

Absolutely awful made a rip in the back of the car and ruined my engine

Customer service absolutely disgraceful. Workmanship not up to standard. Crooks and try to rip you off. Engine rebuilds aren't even rebuilds they are second hand units just thrown in and then don't run properly. Then they claim it was a fault before whilst also causing damage to the car. Unbelievable how they think that's is acceptable. Avoid at all costs.

Rang for a quote in a rebuild a month ago, price was great, now I’ve been ringing and ringing send messages like a fool no answer the minute I rang of another number they answered, what absolute crap customer service.
I ended up taking my Buisnes elsewhere.
I’m a PAYING CUSTOMER not looking for charity.
