I've tried reaching out 5 times asking for a refund for them charging a $500 payment WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Not only will they not return my emails, I have not seen a refund, I can not get in touch with anyone, and every follower that has been gained has been a bot, Indian men asking me for feet pictures, or random rappers and/or people not into my area of expertise. Whammo Scammo.

I signed up 5 days ago and was immediately gaining fake followers. I am a Mom page and all My followers were young rappers or Indian men. I emailed 3xs with no response. I cancelled and I am almost certain I won’t be able to get my money back.

If you want legit followers who fit your profile and you want as followers do not use this service for any reason. I just tested the water knowing full well their claims were likely BS, so signed up for the cheapest plan and within 15 min of paying I had 12 new followers and they were all gamers or fake accounts from the middle east. No prob with that if that was my target audience, but I'm a musician playing rock music in Seattle. So very strange makeup, especially considering the hashtags I gave them to utilize. Sent them a termination notice, changed my password and cancelled my recurring sub immediately. Unfortunately there are simply no shortcuts if you want a legit following.

Just signed up and within 10 minutes I had 10 dud accounts. No email. Money immediately removed from account. This is clearly a fake service with dud accounts. Honestly no communication and dud accounts 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I was confused at just how do they grow my account. After a few emails exchanged, ive subscribed and the results after 1 week were good. 1 week of growth got me 65 followers.

Followers gained pretty quickly, got around 9 per day on average, which is pretty good. I had the impression like I'm going to be working closely with the account manager delegated to me, but I don't seem to be able to find the option to contact them

Quite simply: they don’t provide any semblance of the service they claim to offer. My followers have been plummeting for days. Their “customer service” team only made excuses saying they can’t promise anything and it’s not their fault... which then begs the question: what the hell am I paying you for then?

With this group, you can expect the lowest quality customer care and a complete lack of integrity, while also getting absolutely nothing of which you were told you were paying for.

I cannot be clearer: this is not the company you should trust or where you should be spending your money, unless you want it going down a black hole.

You say you wish to improve my experience? There is literally nothing you can ever do that would entice me to try your services again. Through our email exchanges as I was informing you of these issues I was experiencing (while still a paying customer), you proved that your customer service team was incapable of responding in any way that was not flat out **repugnant**. Offensive with insults, filled with excuses rather than solutions, quite genuinely the worst "customer service" I have ever seen.

I have, though, sent my proof of payment to your company to the TrustPilot team thus guaranteeing and confirming to TrustPilot that my review is as an authentic *previous* customer of yours.

I sincerely hope you dismantle your sham of a company -- for the sake of anyone else who innocently gets conned by your fake services.

Absolute Scam! I'm with my lawyer now. They lie about everything, they don't even sent proof if the social media guys actually exists. They even fake numbers on the dashboard. STAY AWAY. Even on the internet you can find articles that this is a SCAM! Every good rating here is a fake. They fake the ratings.

Guys, im fully disappointed and dissatisfied. This service is awful. You can full boxes with accounts and hashtags which you need but they do not follow this strategy. Im interior and architectural photographer. They know my audience. But growth is so weird ((((
Fake accounts with no story behind them. Do not waste your time and money (((

Ok, so full disclosure: I only had this service for a few hours. BUT within about an hour of signing up I got five new followers really quickly who had like 4-5 posts, very few followers themselves and could not have been further from my target demo.

I then looked at some reviews on here and saw that people think they're sketchy.

My theory is that they probably buy old, unused accounts or have fake accounts.

Look at the other reviews, they don't even answer any of them. It says something about a company. They don't really care.
I tried the platform before and I don't know what made me not continue with them after the trial was over maybe I got distracted but after years I wanted to give a try and go full-on so I signed up purchasing the first package I could find and then I remember what was the thing that tipped me off in the first place.

So after years I see no updates to the UX, nothing from the platform has changed, it seems like their team is not even real, so I closed my account, changed all my passwords as I regularly do, and asked for a refund.

Little that I know this has turned to be the worse customer experience ever. They can't find my account, even the billing number I sent from their email didn't seem to work, and they don't even know which transaction is.

Another flag and last one for me was as soon as I mention there was a claim on Paypal they answer back saying they can't do anything from their end because there is a claim?! who says that?!

If this doesn't tip you off don't know what will.
I now claim this company as a scam.

These guys are scammers. I signed up and nothing happened. Apparently my account manager Cayley Wong has been assigned to my account and will personally will help grow my insta account. Please. Stay away from this mob. Waste of time and money.

Nothing happened during the trial period, but at least they replied - exact quote from Upleap as below:

Don’t be fooled—I’m confident the positive reviews were posted by this “business” itself. I signed up for a free 3 day trial at 4:30 pm one day, and at 10:00 pm THAT SAME DAY (less than 6 hours later), the timer said I only had 2 days left, so assuming they count days just by calendar day/time, not hours/actual length of time you’ve been using it. During those 2 days, literally nothing was done by the service on my account. Not one single action taken. I kept reviewing the stats they provided, and it looked like the “account manager” had never even logged in. Not to mention the “account manager” I was given was named “Cayley Wong from Singapore.” Search that phrase in google and this same profile shows up in nearly every Upleap review. THIS SERVICE DOES NOT USE TRUE ACCOUNT MANAGERS!!!! They use stock photos and fake profiles. Do not trust this scam service.

Went from a very strong first month of gaining followers with them to a plummet. When I asked what was going on and wanted to verify that their target followers were organic, they came back with telling me that they would not sell me followers. Okay. that didn't address the question nor did I ask that question. BTW...I've never bought followers. But they literally had no response as to why I was plummeting, except I should post more (my posting isn't the issue nor my content BTW). I lost hundreds of followers in a couple of months. So while they are supposedly doing something unique to get you followers, apparently it's not working. I honestly believed in them and asked what other strategy that they had to try for me, b/c their current wasn't working. They NEVER responded. Also, there were times that I didn't see any activity for days and called them out on it, but they never addressed it. So their stats say that they gained me followers lol. They don't take into account all the followers I've lost and the money I'm out. But guess they really don't care because people keep trying them.

I just wrapped up my 3 day trial and I will not be moving forward with a paid subscription. Within the first hour, I received 20 new followers. This sounds great, but the followers were young boys. Many of them only had 1 post with THOUSANDS of followers indicating they were likely fake. I received maybe 5 followers that appeared to be real, however they were not in my target demographic.

I reached out to Upleap to see what was going on and was told they wouldn’t look in to it because they were busy handling questions from paying customers. That’s great, but I was testing out both the product AND service and they didn’t deliver either. Now today, the followers I did gain during my trial are slowly unfollowing and I am anticipating a net 0 follower gain.

Upleap is the key to all my Instagram pages’ engagement. Now, I’m getting more potential leads, which was quite difficult before. Thanks to it, engagement on my profile has also increased. Expecting more benefits further, thanks a lot!!
