However, while the replacement was still in production, you expressed that you no longer wished to wait, and we respected your decision by processing a full refund for that order as well.

Extremely Frustrating Experience: No Product, No Refund
I ordered a pair of boots from Up2Step for an event and placed the order weeks in advance. After not receiving any shipping updates, I reached out to customer service multiple times.
They eventually told me that production had been delayed and that the boots would not arrive in time. I requested that the order be canceled and refunded. A representative confirmed that a refund had been submitted and that I should receive it soon.
Unfortunately, the refund never came. I followed up several times over the following weeks and months and kept receiving responses saying they would “check on it,” but nothing was ever actually resolved.
In the end, I had to dispute the charge through my bank to recover my money.
This was extremely frustrating. If an order cannot be fulfilled, companies should refund customers promptly instead of delaying and ignoring repeated requests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company (I do believe this is a scam company)

This company will take your money and then not give you any product. I have sent 3 emails about not receiving my package or the tracking number to find it and no one has responded. They don’t have a client service number for you to call. Don’t order from this company, you won’t get what you purchased and you will lose your money.

Beautiful purple shoes and they fit me very well and a brilliant color... They are very thin, though, in the soles, so it's really for dressing up, but not for walking. That's the only reason I gave it three stars and the texture of the purple shoe is very lovely, kind of fake suede

My shopping experience was so great, there is a variety of choices, that being said, they will make sure you order for the right size, and amazingly, they will follow up with you until you have the right size!

La mia esperienza con questa azienda sembra non finire mai. Ho fatto un ordine di scarpe il 14 ottobre, l'ordine è partito il 20 ottobre in quanto mi hanno detto che le il modello non era disponibile. Sul sito è indicato come tempi di consegna 4/7 giorni. Non mi hanno avvisato che il modello non è disponibile. Comunque nel frattempo mi hanno fatto il rimborso in quanto non hanno rispettato i tempi di consegna.Il 6 novembre finalmente arrivano le scarpe e con grande sorpresa vedo che il numero è sbagliato. Ho fatto presente con delle foto della situazione e un responsabile mi ha detto che le posso regalare e che non possono spedirne altre in quando il rimborso per la tardiva consegna è stato già effettuato. Mi hanno proposto di comprarne un altro paio con lo sconto del 70%. Questa è la mia esperienza

Come da sua richiesta iniziale, quando ci ha segnalato il ritardo nella consegna e la sua intenzione di non volere più l'ordine, abbiamo attivato tempestivamente il rimborso completo dell'importo, sebbene la spedizione fosse già in transito. Questo gesto, fatto in via eccezionale, mirava a onorare la sua richiesta e a dimostrare la nostra flessibilità.
Successivamente, quando le scarpe sono arrivate e ci ha comunicato che la taglia non era corretta, abbiamo valutato con attenzione la possibilità di inviarle un nuovo paio. Tuttavia, poiché l'ordine era già stato integralmente rimborsato e le abbiamo proposto di tenere comunque il paio ricevuto senza necessità di restituzione, non ci è purtroppo possibile procedere con un ulteriore invio gratuito. Come può comprendere, non sarebbe sostenibile per la nostra attività inviare prodotti senza corrispettivo dopo aver già rimborsato l'intero importo.
Sappiamo che questa situazione può averla delusa, e le assicuriamo che il nostro intento è sempre stato trovare un equilibrio tra soddisfare le sue esigenze e mantenere la sostenibilità del servizio. Ci teniamo a ringraziarla per averci dato l'opportunità di spiegarci e le auguriamo buona fortuna nella ricerca della scarpa ideale.

No Communication Poor Confirmation
I ordered and there was no record of my order in my dashboard. I have emailed multiple times and no response. Now I have requested my order to be cancelled and still no communication. It feels scammy and I want my money back.

People aren’t talking about this brand enough!!! Quick postage, shoes perfect size and really good quality. I was going to buy the same shoes from mollini for $350 but bought them from up2step for $160. They came in a cute box with a beautiful bow. I tried to take a photo but trust pilot would not allow. I was extremely doubtful it being a scam but excellent experience.
