Customer Service has been just excellent. Had an issue with my 4th pair of shoes and without fuss or unnecessary bureaucracy the matter was dealt with extremely well. The quality of the footwear is just exceptional. Very happy customer.

I liked the design. The old times look.
But they are way too pricey - the price doesn't reflect the quality: first, you can't wear them on humid weather, which for a pair of boots is big minus. Then the paint wears off - watch your toes once you take them off...
I don't think I will buy again, especially at this price.

Bought a pair of Camden dark moss double zip boots. They're very fine quality, and the inner lining leather feels very good against my feet and ankles. The only thing that isn't a negative per se, but surprises me a little, is that they are daintier than you'd expect. Their ethos is macho and rugged, but then their last is almond, with dress lines. Basically, they're dress boots that happen to have a rugged finish, side zips, and a lug sole. IMO, the design might be more coherent with a slightly more oversized "combat" last. But maybe part of their attraction is the high/low combination. I'm quite happy with them regardless!

Never fail to disappoint. Absolutely gorgeous footwear. Quality class and individuality. Love them. I recommend to anyone who appreciates quality footwear.

My husband saw this brand on Instagram and brought it to my attention.

The graphic design on their website is beautiful and shows the products thoroughly. Even though the company is based England, our order arrived in the USA quickly. Everything was well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. We paid no import duty.

The quality of the shoes far surpassed our hopes. The craftsmanship is simply dazzling. The shoes are sturdy and have gorgeous seams and interesting design detail details.

Despite their extensive information on sizing, two of the shoes did not fit us well. The return exchange process for two pair was painless and we received our exchanges very quickly. The new shoes fit perfectly and we love them, love them, love them.

Shoes are a little bit of a passion in our family, and we have been followers of Italian shoes, such as Fratelli Rosetti, and Churches. Both of my husband and I find the design and craftsmanship of Untamed Street to be more to our liking. We have become fans.

Also, as a sidenote, the customer service employees who spoke with us, could not have been more professional or kinder.

The delivery was extremely fast and within two days I received a beautiful pair of highly crafted boots. Whilst I would certainly recommend Untamed Street to everybody, I am currently enjoying being the envy of all who see my lovely new boots!

Just got my third item from Untamed Street, the York boots, and they just get better and better. Im totally in love with them. Very unique and absolutely beautifully made. These are the first Untamed Street boots (AVERY jet-black lace up boots) I have purchased for my wife. She absolutely loves them! Excellent design and craftsmanship. Fast shipping and excellent customer service too. A special thanks to Abbi who helped get the size right from across the pond.

I so wanted to love these boots. I can’t. I only had them for a day, when a speed hook came off. Untamed Street did offer me a full refund or repair or a discount. I stupidly took the discount and had the speed hook replaced. Now, after three weeks of casual wear, all the speed hooks are coming off. Poor quality.

I ordered a pair of boots from Untamed Street, which were described as artisan and premium. They were also costly at £350. The boots arrived quickly, but the sizing was completely inaccurate. Although I ordered a UK size eleven using their European size guide, I could not even get my foot into the boot. When I checked Google, their conversion chart did not match widely accepted sizing information.

I contacted the company to request an exchange and had to explain multiple times why I needed a different size. In the end, I had to go up two full European sizes. I also had to chase them to send the replacement pair. When the second pair finally arrived, they were still tight and did not feel like the correct size.

The quality did not match the price. There were areas of raw leather that had not been coloured and overall the boots did not look or feel like premium footwear. When I asked for a refund, I again had to follow up repeatedly, which added unnecessary frustration.

Unfortunately, I cannot give this company a positive review. The sizing, quality, and customer service all fell far short of expectations, especially given the price paid. I would not purchase from them again.

Untamed Street's footwear and customer service are exceptional. I purchased two pairs of boots - the York laceless and York military boots. I was a bit wary of the sizing as I've always varied in size with footwear, depending on the brand. The sizing proved tricky with these, and I wasn't sure what size to go for. Abbi was simply fantastic - she was so patient and kind and nothing seemed too much bother. Suffice to say I've got two fantastic pairs of boots, in no small part due to Abbi's advice and assistance. Other businesses should take note. It's service likes this that makes so much difference amd makes for a loyal customer base. I shall be purchasing more Untamed Street footwear soon. This company deserves all the praise and accolades it receives. First class!

Just received my first 2 pairs, WOW ..have many shoes from well known brands but nothing compares to Untamed Street unmatched craftsmanship quality and style this another level, you can see the care and effort that goes into producing this shoes, thank very much and also the costumer service is superb

I bought a pair of Sloane chocolate lace up buckle boots and simply love the stylish and urban design of these boots.
The quality of the leather is superior and the craftsmanship exquisite.
I didn't find them as large as descibed, so it took two exchages to find the perfect size.
But the customer service is outstanding, actually the best I ever experienced. Thank you Abbi!
And the fact that you ship with DHL (the fastest shipping company) and have two free exchanges are outstanding as well.
These boots are so comfortable to wear and if I follow the maintenance advice I think they'll be great for years.

They not only sell the best and most comfortable footwear but their customer service and after is unparalleled and they are a pleasure to deal with.
I’ve been buying their stuff for years and they are just so friendly and happy to accommodate on anything, some of the trainer shoes I’ve had I’ve had for years and I had an issue with a zip on the boat and they just asked to post it in and they fixed it within days and then had also asked for my other trainer to match the waxing and cleaning and buffing they did and they sent both back looking brand new, free of charge.
That how good they are and how good their product is..
