Product is faulty and not ready to hit the market yet! Needs major improvement.

Asked to return the product back but they did not with to respond to my concerns. Dispute resolved with the Credit Card company.

Waited over 2 years for items ordered. When it did arrive on 31st May 2021 the item was faulty and apparently did not pass quality control. I immediately sent photos of the faulty items and they responded ( I assume they were present because the items were just delivered to Europe and expected accolades!). They acknowledged it was faulty and would send a replacement. As of 17th Sept 2021 and after numerous messages sent, there has been no further communication. The term Caviat Emptor applies to these ….. Substitute whatever word you want to finish the sentence.

Udover at have ventet på den siden 2018 fandt jeg en video anmeldelse af et hold af tandlæger, der anmelder maange forskellige tandbørster både manuelle og elektriske.

Den får en virkelig dårlig anmeldelser, består ikke plaktesten og rammer ikke det essentielle område mellem tand og tandkød!!

Har købt en triple bristle i stedet som fik gode anmeldelser hos dem og min tandlæge har sagt mine tænder og tandkød har aldrig før haft det så godt som det har nu.

Da unobrush'en ankom røg den direkte i skraldespanden. Hold jer fra det her, det burde være ulovligt at sælge, da I potentielt sætter jeres tand/mund helbred på spil.

Hasn't responded to any of my emails in over 2 years. Set up a campaign on Kickstarter and hasn't delivered on the promised product. Stopped responding to the campaign in April and won't answer any emails. Website is perpetually down. Paid a bunch of money for literally nothing.

Paid $300 and waited 3 years and never received any product. Now the email for customer support no longer exists and the website is gone as well. Looks like Unobrush took all our money and ran. SCAMMERS, they should not be allowed to do business anymore.

This product is an example of why not to back anything on kickstarter. They took over two years to develop the product. It ended up wildly different that the original idea, and the final version probably would of been much less appealing to most of the original backers. I also never received my order and have now stopped receiving any responses from them. After reading some of the other reviews on this website as well as watching a review on YouTube though I'm honestly probably lucky that I haven't received the product. It looks to be a hazard to your teeth. And as of today their website is down. 100% SCAM

Fik aldrig mit produkt.. Dog så fik jeg pengene tilbage.. Men mindre end jeg havde betalt.. Valuta forskel?? Der røg 30 kr xD

I have now tried to get in touch with Unobrush by email (from the website), by calling (and leaving a message) and by writing on facebook. No reply at all - any of the places. I contacted them
on the different channels on different days (weeks)..

I am very dissatisfied with the product. Not only is there water coming out from where you charge the docking station (which seems VERY DANGEROUS - water and electricity…) this I noticed when I rinsed the compartment where the brush is being held (the docking station)
But after using the unobrush for only (max) 1,5 months the little “tap” going into the brush attachment snatched off the machine so it is completely useless now. I have NOT dropped the machine nor have I done anything you are not supposed to so with it. I have merely brushed my teeth and moved it around my mouth as you recommend.

This is by no means okay that they have not answered. Especially when the piece of 💩 machine breaks so easily and I now can not use it at all.

Not to mention the 3 years wait on the product to arrive in the first place..

Received partial delivery of a horrible product. When I asked for what was missing via phone, email and messenger over the course of several months they never responded and they blocked me on social media.

Backed them on kickstarter. Almost 3 years later, no product at all and basically no feedback. Dishonest people that should never be able to find a job again.

Like everyone else I’d give zero stars if I could. Very early Kickstarter backer. Bought family pack. Later paid for the shipping (foolishly) and received nothing all while units are supposedly selling on their website, I say supposedly because who knows if anyone who’s ordering from there is getting anything either as most of the reviews look to be written by the same person. RUN away from these people.

I was one of the first backers but I never received my product, first of all they there went something wrong with the shipment and when tracking it showed that it was send back to unobrush. After some emailing back and forth they don't even reply anymore. What a scam

Vi har fået lov - grundet dansk lovgiving - at returnere tre pakker Duo.. Unobrush har på mail kvitteret for at de den 11. juni har modtaget dem, og at de vil vende tilbage hurtigst muligt.. Vi har ikke kunne komme i kontakt med dem siden!! Det vil sige at de både har beholdt produkterne vi har returneret og vores penge.. 😡

After I bought and recieved the item, its too big, barely fit in mouth and pretty painful to use, After all that it still doesn't clear your teeth propely as it was advertised. After few months of using it so I did not waste my money completly, look at THAT !! I got credited as supposedly I have place another order from this hoax site. Tried to get in contact with them to sort this thing out, after 4 e-mails I still did not get any response!!! One of worst orders I have placed in my life.....

aboslute joke - bought 2 of these waited 3 years

both the base modules have snapped where you connect the brush , i used as guided no excessive force , also 1 of the brushes were missing I did get a reply saying they would replace that , but no replies after that and no new brush - i have emailed 7 times and not got 1 reply i assume this is just a big scam - basically burned few hundred euros

Mouthpiece doesn’t fit. Despite what they say moving the mouthpiece in your mouth while brushing still doesn’t hit all your teeth. The bristles do not reach my gum line leading to a buildup of plaque. I have to follow up the unobrush with a traditional brush to get an adequate cleaning, which totally defeats the purpose of the unobrush. Hopefully they redesign the mouthpiece bc right now it flat out doesn’t work. They’re going to get sued when people who only use their unobrush go to the dentist and end up getting root canals.

Eventually received product after 3 years.
Uncomfortable to use, doesn't reach all parts of teeth so had to brush normally too.
After 2 weeks of using it, it's stopped working completely!
Complete trash.

Why the minimum value is one star? This product deserves a 0 rating.
After waiting for more than two years beyond the expected release date I was able to get my unit (after paying for shipment on top of the Kickstarter payment).
All that is already painful, but if the product would be good, then you can forget about that, but the product is a joke. Mine is already in the garbage.
The mouth piece is just huge. When you get it in your mouth it doesn't move, it's the external unti the thing that moves. They were advertising it as a foam piece and has ended up as a kind of gigantic brush.
An electric basic Oral B brush for 20 € is so incredible better than this piece of crap.
Just don't buy it

I'm really annoyed with myself for falling for another toothbrush scam on Kickstarter after backing Amabrush previously. Received the product in the post a couple of weeks ago. Similar experience to the rest of these reviews. Huge mouthpiece, doesn't actually clean your teeth (as evidenced by the blue toothpaste tabs!). Yes I used it for 5+ days, but every time I used it, I had to also brush my teeth with another working toothbrush to end up with a clean mouth. Do not recommend.
