Ashima truly meets you where you are. After going through two pregnancies in two years and spending the last few years prioritizing career over health, I could feel the toll on my body and mind. I knew I needed a fundamental and holistic change—that’s how I found Ashima’s program. She took the time to understand my lifestyle and quickly designed a sustainable approach that works for me.
What makes Ashima unique is how she allows my body and mind to guide the priorities of each session, which has completely shifted my mindset toward “listening to my body.” During movement sessions, she is incredibly attentive—carefully monitoring breath and teaching exactly which stretches you should and shouldn’t feel. She somehow manages to deliver this hands-on precision even through virtual guidance, something I’ve rarely seen done well.
Ashima motivates in a way that feels supportive yet empowering—she encourages me to push myself as much as I’m ready for, helping me separate emotion from capability, which I really needed. The meditation sessions have become my favorite part; I look forward to them every time. They give me small but powerful boosts of strength and energy, both mentally and physically.
I want to note that I’m not new to yoga or meditation, but Ashima’s guidance has completely changed how I integrate them into my life. Because of her, I’ve been able to stay consistent, and the impact has been.
