Unlocator Arvostelua 

SmartDNS stopped working for RaiPlay. In the past when I got in touch with them they were able to fix it. Lately they repeatedly just say they are working on it, but nothing really happens. A shame. I stopped using it. Their VPN works fine though.

10/10 for solving a technical problem once again in less than 24h

Awesome vpn app. Great customer service as well. Sadly, I had to cancel because I don't need a vpn anymore. Unlocator renewed my subscription for another 2 years (auto renew), I requested a refund. They replied on the same day and did the refund. That is great customer service. I will be back if I ever need a vpn again. Thank you so much.

I had some problems setting up and sent an email asking for assistance. I received a timely response but in the interim, I had solved the issue.

It is a good product that I had previously used when travelling overseas.

Når det virker er det super godt. Når det ikke virker, så er der ingen hjælp at hente. I over 4 måneder har vi anmeldt, at Channel 5 (UK) blokerer os. Og Unlocator lover hver gang vi spørger på det, at 'de arbejder intenst på sagen'. Og så sker der intet. Vi har bedt dem om, at man i det mindste på hjemmesiden gør opmærksom på, at man med DNS nu i over fire måneder ikke har kunnet se Channel 5. Men det advarer man ikke om. Og nu svarer man heller ikke længere på emails. Vi har sendt tre mails i perioden, så det ikke fordi, at vi har været urimelige. Meget utilfredsstilende customer service....

Had issues with unlocator on my Mac as it suddenly stopped working. Support suggested issue was with my router and to disable IPv6 but seems this is not possible on my router itself so now cannot use Unlocator as they do not support IPv6 . Support have not really been helpful in addressing this issue.Strange thing is nothing changed on my Router..

I reached out to Unlocator at the email they provided in their reply offering help yet 1 week later, despite a reminder I have had no response.

Despite further reminders and a new ticket logged I have had no response. I would suggest to avoid this company if you see good technical support as a factor in your choice for purchasing. A waste of money for me .

Great support but unfortunately the issue came back and I still face issues with watching Hulu in Saudi Arabia

I'm incredibly happy with not only the Unlocator service and pricing but also the amazing customer service. It's the best of anything I've ever ordered. Anytime there is an issue they get back to you ASAP and it's fixed within hours. Can't recommend Unlocator highly enough!

I’ve been using Unlocator.com for several years now and the service has always been reliable. Recently I had an issue where I couldn’t get connected to the service despite everything seeming okay on my end. I dropped an email to the support team and within a couple hours got a response that told me exactly how to resolve the issue. I created the problem on my end. Back up and running with a couple clicks. Happy camper. Recommend the service highly.

I was quite positively surprised by their costumer support, we worked out everything really fast and efficient.

Had an issue with an unwanted renewal. I emailed support in the middle of the night and within 5 minutes I got an email informing me my problem was handled and I was getting a refund. They were always helpful with responding to any technical problem as well.

They respond very quickly, even late at night and on weekends. Their advice always solves the problem.
