We understand your concern about the price. The 30ml format of La Crème Solaire SPF50 is designed explicitly for face-only use, particularly post-aesthetic procedures, where high tolerance and reliable protection are essential.
The formula itself is a sophisticated emulsion with continuous phase dispersion and micro-encapsulation technology. These advanced techniques allow for optimal stability and enhanced skin compatibility and transparent texture is quite a challenge for a full mineral product. — but they do come with higher production costs.
That said, we are actively working to optimize our pricing strategy. As the product gains success and volume grows, we are committed to passing on the benefits through more accessible pricing.

- Whether you were able to reapply during sun exposure

Bien qu’il ait pu être réalisé par un membre de l’équipe du cabinet, il repose sur un protocole validé par des professionnels de santé formés à l’analyse de la peau et à l’utilisation de nos outils. Si vous avez ressenti un manque de personnalisation ou d’expertise lors de cet échange, nous vous prions de nous en excuser — cela ne correspond pas aux standards que nous nous efforçons de maintenir.
En ce qui concerne la formulation, il est important de souligner que l’efficacité d’un soin ne dépend pas uniquement du pourcentage d’un actif isolé, comme la niacinamide. Ce qui fait la valeur d’un produit, c’est l’ensemble de la formulation : la stabilité des actifs, leur synergie, le pH, la tolérance cutanée, et la capacité de pénétration, entre autres. Une concentration plus élevée n’est pas toujours synonyme de meilleure efficacité, surtout sur des peaux sensibles ou sujettes à des déséquilibres.
Nous regrettons également que le confort d’application du sérum n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, et que vous n’ayez pas observé d’amélioration après un mois d’utilisation.
