Extremely misleading experience; and serious lack of transparency, accountability and customer respect
Extremely disappointing and misleading experience with Alex Wilson and this company. Alex personally offered me a deal of **1.8% with no other payments**, and I was given the clear impression that everything was included with no unexpected charges. After agreeing to the deal, I got charged for $468 out of nowhere. He picked up my call and we had conversation, then I was handed over to someone in the back office who apparently had no knowledge of the agreement Alex made with me. I was then told that I had to pay **$200 for processing software/Register monthly + 1.8%/month**. What is even more concerning is that this amount was deducted from my account without anyone informing me what the charge was for. I was initially told that I would pay nothing beyond the agreed-upon 1.8%**!!!
The back-office representative told me that the person who made the deal apparently **didn't understand how everything worked**. But my question is: **Alex Wilson, “Senior Sales Executive”—if he didnt fully understand the services, fees, and charges he’s selling, then why is he handling customers and making promises about pricing?** I relied on what Alex told me when making my decision.
The back-office representative said he would give me **some money back to compensate for the charge, but not the full amount**. That is not the point, and it is not an acceptable solution. We are a **small business**, and when we agree to a specific deal, we need to be able to rely on the price we were promised—not have unexpected charges deducted from our account and then be offered a partial refund afterward.
Its not about the refund as well, if Alex made the offer, the company should honor the agreement exactly as it was presented. This entire situation shows a serious lack of communication and accountability between the sales and back-office teams. The issue is not about getting a few dollars back; it is about honoring the original deal and being transparent with customers. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company get every promise in writing and confirm all equipment charges, processing fees, and other costs before signing anything. Very poor experience.
