Change of direct debit date each month

Change of direct debit date each month. I have complained about a number of things and have been ignored. One of which included the company I am paying warranty for no longer active, however the monthly direct debit price has not changed.

I have reviewed your account with us and it appears that you have not contacted us via phone or email since you took your agreement out with us in January 2022. I can see that you have not created an account for the online portal. Please note that we do not finance warranties and we would encourage you to contact the supplying dealer directly to discuss this further.

We are surprised and disappointed with your review as we feel that your comments do not accurately reflect the service you have received from Unity Auto Finance.

I have left you a voice message on your mobile this afternoon to call us back to discuss the issues you may be experiencing with your vehicle. We can also change your payment date if required.

Really helpful

Really helpful when setting up the account and payment terms. I always get a reminder well in advance of the payment coming out of my bank and there was no issue when I wanted to change my payment date.
Really good all round service.
