My contact with support team member Max was beyond my expectations, let me count the ways. Max was warm, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic, patient, and professional. Dana took a lot of time to get my MMA experience 1. Cleaned up 2. answered questions and made a couple items clearer for me and 3. Patiently as I tend to ask a lot of questions.

Dara helped me put a new credit card account into my Money Max Pro. She did an excellent job of showing me the steps to do so and what mistakes I was making. She was very knowledgeable about the problem and resolved it completely.

I have a refresh training with Dara. She made sure she answered all my questions and expressed interest in helping me and holding my hand in every step through this program which I purchased a couple years ago but was not properly trained by the person that sold it to me.

Excellent client support! I was delighted to find my mma subscription still intact and operable with no extra costs after an 11 year lapse. Three coaching sessions with Lauren to bring my file up to date and today's phone call with Dara to untangle password issues were immediately helpful. Their patience and clarity about the mechanics and use of the program makes all the difference. The program itself has been updated and upgraded since 2015. I feel confident that the Debt Elimination Program is going to substantially reduce the projected interest on my mortgage(s), and in record time!

It was 2012ish and we had been notified that the bank who held interest in our businesses was in trouble. They locked our business doors, took/sold our assets, and put our family in a tailspin of job loss, debt, lawsuits, and bankruptcy. Friends and family scattered and we were stuck trying to figure out how to navigate a life we no longer recognized.

Fast forward to 2026, and we are in a space where we started with good jobs, decent money flow, and a new 30 year mortgage. It is a good place to be; HOWEVER, we realized that our current path would mean 1) retirement would be off the table; or worse... 2) retirement would come only if one of us were to pass away.

Then one evening, I went down the Facebook rabbit hole and started researching reverse mortgages, HELOCs, etc. to eliminate mortgage debt. I was interviewing several organizations and every one left me feeling skeptical of their methods and motives. Honestly, it wasn't until I met Steve Bishop with United Financial Freedom that I actually felt I had come in contact with an organization that truly had a clear mission and pure intentions.

Steve, a past UFF client himself, not only walked me through the different methods the company uses, but he also took the time to run an illustration using our financial information. He showed us the impact their system could make on our lives (with no change in income or lifestyle).

There was full transparency, without pressure for the sale, and we quickly came to the conclusion that this was an opportunity to gain our freedom from the fear we had carried for over 14 years. Naturally, we enrolled.

To date, we have been using the system for two weeks and in that short time, we have saved over $2300 in future interest AND... have a projected debt free date of 7.2 years (down from 27 years).

We are thrilled with our decision to be part of the United Financial Freedom family!

It is not a user friendly program. When I ask for help I am directed to a video instead of live support. The tools wants me to transfer x amount of money from checking to savings when I do not have x in checking. It is a lousy tool. Certainly not worth the $5,000 I paid to use it.
