Having recently made a successful purchase from this company I felt confident in using it again but unfortunately was very disappointed. Although I was given a tracking number and estimated delivery date, nothing happened.Attempts to contact the company and Etsy were initially unsuccessful and it took over a week from the expected date of arrival to be informed that I would be receiving a refund but with no explanation or apology. Poor service and customer care,which has left me very reluctant to make another purchase with this company.

Nice pyjamas but good job my son is slim fit as look very much on slim or close fit but quirky colour and nice alternative Christmas design in blue not red his fave colour !
