Great service

Great service and very friendly medics! Thankfully we had no incidents so didn't need to test their skills but we felt in very safe hands.
Could be a little faster at responding to emails, but very happy with them.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.

We're delighted to hear that you found our team friendly and professional, and that our presence helped you feel safe and reassured throughout the event. While we're always pleased when an event passes without incident, it's great to know that our medics gave you confidence that support was there if needed.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding our email response times. We are continually reviewing our processes to improve communication and will take your comments on board as we work to provide an even better service.

Thank you again for choosing Union Medical. We look forward to supporting your future events.

Nadia and Jenna were both friendly

Nadia and Jenna were both friendly, professional and worked well with our event team beforehand and during the event. Nadia even took some awesome photos of the event which she passed on. Only reason for knocking one star off - and I do feel bad as they were both so lovely - unfortunately they arrived with a flat tire for the bicycle response unit, which we required as parts of our route are not accessible by car. I do want to stress that Nadia especially was apologetic and worked with us to minimize risk during the event that this situation may have caused.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. It was a pleasure for Nadia and Jenna to support your event, and we're delighted to hear that their professionalism, friendliness, and collaboration with your team helped contribute to a positive experience.

We sincerely apologise for the issue with the bicycle response unit on arrival. While unforeseen, we understand the importance of having fully operational equipment, particularly when parts of the route are inaccessible by vehicle. We appreciate your understanding and your recognition of Nadia's efforts to communicate openly and work closely with your team to minimise any potential risks and ensure the event ran as smoothly as possible.

Your feedback is invaluable, and we will use it to review our pre-event equipment checks to help prevent similar situations in the future. Thank you again for your kind comments, and we look forward to working with you again on future events.
