We wanted to return the items that did not fit us, but due to the extremely high cost of international return shipping, we have no choice but to keep them.
Your return policy states: “After applying for a return, the system will automatically display the return address.” However, we could not find the return address anywhere. We spent several days contacting your company and repeatedly requesting this information. Why was the return address not provided as stated in your policy?
Unfortunately, we will not be making any future purchases from UNIONKINDOMCLO. The items are already overpriced, and the additional shipping costs make them even less reasonable. Most importantly, the extremely high cost of returning items makes the return process financially impractical and, in our case, simply not worth it.
We are disappointed with this experience and hope you will reconsider your return policy and make the return process more transparent and reasonable for international customers.
