very good experience, everyone works to assist you. Outstanding community of professionals with a shared common goal. As a new member I am excited and ready for this new adventure and I’m glad I have such a wonderful team working with me.

The team at UNA are all very courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. We are definitely not tech savvy but this team has patiently walked us through step by step. We are thankful to be one of the blessed members of your program.

Everyone I've spoken with have been very professional. My questions get addressed and answered on a timely basis.

I came at this feeling I was in good hands, because a friend had done it and recommended I do the same. It's also nice knowing that there is support in understanding the process/Q&A throughout the week via ZOOM, so that is reassuring also.
