Ordering a UniKitOut box for my daughter for University was very easy. They liaised with her accommodation and it was waiting for her in her room when she moved in.

Appreciate your review! Thanks so much :-)

Cheap quality for the amount of things you actually get.
The quality of your products is really cheap. You also reduced the starter kit from 2 persons to one person and the price remained the same. There were also things missing that were advertised (e.g. a kitchen towel).

Overpriced
Quality was not worth the price- even factoring in the convinience.

Hi Jesse,
I am very sorry to read your review.
I reached out to you via email on Monday in the hope we could resolve any issues you may have together but I haven't received a reply.
Just to clarify, your order was dispatched on time and delivered the next day to your reception. An email and text with an image of the delivery would have been sent to you from DPD once the 3 parcels had been delivered.
We proudly offer a 100% money-back guarantee and encourage customers to contact us if there's anything they're not satisfied with. Since you ordered multiple items, any feedback you could share would be incredibly valuable for us to ensure our products meet expectations in the future.
Our bedding and towelling is sold to some of the most prestigious hotels around the UK and our kitchen items are supplied into the UKs most popular and recognised holiday resorts so it saddens me you find the quality below par.
If you're able to get in touch or reply to my email, it would be greatly appreciated.
I look forward to hearing from you,
Emma

It was fine
It was fine, but not worth the price. The bedding was not nice. There’s no corner tabs for the duvet so moved everywhere and cover and pillowcases are rough like sandpaper texture. Had to buy new bedding. Kettle is flimsy and cheap, so water comes out the sides when pouring. Spatula broke in half after a month.

First class service, no fuss, high quality and the best option for students.
Excellent service, I highly recommend, no fuss, easy to order and arrived exactly on time. The quality of all the items from bedding to kitchen-ware is top class and exceeded my expectations in quality. I knew from other reviews this was a good company but they proved it 100% with my daughters order.
