I bought a Unihertz Titan Slim about two years ago since it was the only option available in the market to succeed my much loved Blackberry Key2. Used it exclusively and are still happy with it although in all fairness it is neither really slim nor does it compare with the Key2 but it does the job and it is fairly robust. Recently I noticed that the battery got bloated (while the phone was still working well). The Unihertz support offered me to purchase a new battery for replacement which worked perfectly well due to the well designed modular assembly of the phone interior (no glue but screws!). Recently I contacted the support again when Australia switched off the 3G and suddenly my Titan Slim didn't make phone calls any longer. The support was very helpful in providing direction how to change some settings and my phone started to talk again!
To summarise: I like the product because it is not there to compete with the crowd, it has it's own style and character and it comes with a keyboard. That to a great extend is a matter of taste and for sure there are more high-tech products in the market. The question is: Do I need more than an Titan Slim? I don't. More important for me is that there is a support which is responsive and helpful in case you need them. At Unihertz the support is great and therefor I like the product and the support.

I would not spend a penny with this store. I have purchased a Tank 3 Pro, it has developed a problem of not charging. I have contacted the store and all they say is “friend we need more time to get an opinion from the engineer” all empty promises. I would not go near them again, bet stick to Samsung or Apple if you want to have a restful sleep. I rate this company Zero.
THE PRODUCT DOSE NOT CHARGE. I have carried out all that they have asked me to do and more and it is still not charging. They have offered anything in terms of a refund or a replacement. I do not know what else to do.

Das Telefon wurde schnell versandt und kam unproblematisch durch den Zoll. Für den Preis erhält man viel Telefon und bevor ich lange um den heißen Brei schreibe, am besten mache ich die Bewertung mit "Plus" und "Minus":

Plus:
- Sehr stabil und ein echtes Outdoor-Smartphone
- Guter Empfang, auch mit 5G
- Geniale Laufzeit. Wenn man nicht viel (keine Spiele, Navigation, etc.) macht, hält der Akku locker drei Tage.
- Das "Golden Eye" (LED Leuchte) ist der Hammer. Da wird die Nacht zum Tag.
- Gute "Toolbox" mit vielen Funktionen.
- Hauptkamera ganz okay. Frontkamera geht noch.

Schlecht:
- Hohes Gewicht, aber das ist eben dem Akku geschuldet
- Mittelmässige Sprachqualität auf der Gegenseite. Liegt vermutlich an der Micro-Öffnung.
- Nur Mono-Speaker und das Telefon muss angehoben werden, dass man überhaupt etwas hört, da der Lautsprecherausgang auf der Rückseite liegt. Das ist, wie das Micro auch, eben dem wasser- und staubdichten Gehäuse geschuldet.
- Gesichtserkennung und Fingerprint ziemlich zickig, geht mal, geht mal nicht.
- Der serienmässige Displayschutz ist ein Weichglas, dass sich relativ schnell abnutzt und blind wird. Orginal gibt es keinen Ersatz. Zubehör passte nicht richtig.
- KEINE System- und Securityupdates!

Alles was oben als "Minus" steht, kann man bei dem Preis verschmerzen. Dass es keine Updates gibt, geht aber eigentlich gar nicht.

Price was good. Battery life is great! Still figuring the rest of it out.

I've ordered a few times from them. Everything had been shipped out and delivered in a timely manner with good packaging. I've never had a need to contact customer service.

The phones themselves are fine and I prefer them to flagship brands. The cameras could use some work.
