I’m not addicted to porno but I’ve had issues binge eating pretty much my whole adolescent and adult life and wanted to try a different type of therapy. I went into the session without any expectations, just very open and with nothing to lose. At the start of the session, Dimitri explained a bit about the technique he was going to use, what we would do during the session and made me really comfortable so I would open up and be completely vulnerable. We went on a journey exploring my adulthood then childhood, then my mom’s perspective and her childhood. I cried and felt so much lighter after the session. It’s hard to explain what the session did to me but after that I stopped binge eating and I started losing weight and reached my lowest in 10 years.
It’s now been a few months and I haven’t gone back to my old habits. I feel more in control and at peace with myself. If you’d like to change something in your life, I would highly recommend you to give it a try and let yourself be vulnerable.

I had a first session with Dimitri last week that was really helpful. Dimitri is an amazing therapist. I felt really comfortable opening up & being vulnerable with him as he quickly created a trusting environment.
My session was on zoom but it felt like being face to face, there was no awkwardness & despite not being in the same space he understood exactly how I was feeling & the silences that were sometimes needed.
Dimitri asked the right questions to guide me through my inner journey & I felt a real difference before and after the session. I felt a new form of relief and joy when the session ended.
Having issues to express my feelings it really helped me work on that & understand the pattern I always create in my life.

The instructions were simple, clear and easy to follow. Each week you’re getting closer to recovering. It’s easy to find my way around on the platform. The system is effective and if you stick to it, pornography will a thing of the past. At the end of the program I didn’t even have any interest in watching it. I feel totally detached from it.

He encouraged me to be who I really want to be and how to start living the life in ease and presence.

I have used this platform to handle my addictions and have seen really good results. It is comforting to be surrounded by other men going through the same thing and I really enjoyed the 12-week program. I recommend Unhooked for anyone who want to quit pornography or who want to understand why they watch it

There is no doubt that this program really helps you understand what is going on behind the scenes of your compulsions and is far far more than just trying to change your mindset. It was immensely helpful in understanding my triggers, which were not at all what I thought, and helping to get a much healthier relationship with myself and my coping mechanisms for life.

I met Dimitri in 2020 to help me overcome my addiction.

We did a 12-week program featuring a technique called progressive de-escalation. The program was immensely beneficial for me and helped me understand myself a lot better. It also helped me overcome an addiction that I have struggled with for over a decade.

Unhooked has done a lot for me these past few months, and I have learned a lot about myself. I believe after a year, I will be completely clean from pornography.
