Such a great company, aimee is so sweet and helpful and such an asset to the team, probably the best small business I’ve ordered from, would 100% recommend them

I recently had an issue with the quality of an order I have on a 3 month rolling subscription, and the customer service response was fantastic! Because I contacted the email address over the weekend I started feeling concerned at the lack of phone number BUT they were on the case first thing Monday morning sending out immediate replacements. They also asked for batch numbers so they could identify the issue which had obviously occurred somewhere between dispatch and delivery during the recent heatwave. They clearly care about the quality of their products, and their customers - thank you! 10/10

Absolutely shocking. My first order from unfabled as I really needed a product which was unavailable elsewhere. I was wary as I wasn't sure if it was a reputable website but I ordered and paid express shipping which seemed convenient as I needed the product urgently. 5 days pass and no delivery, I email and at first I get a reply asking for my delivery address and assured it will be looked into. I email again as I am concerned about my order being lost and have been blanked. It's just not good enough, with the current cost of living we should not be left out of pocket and without orders which we have paid for. Not to mention I am severely anaemic and relied on the product I ordered 🤦🏻 absolute shambles. *Update on my order* I received a refund of £2 which was the difference in next day delivery and standard delivery. The product eventually arrived but as it was a heatwave it was melted beyond recognition and no use to me. I didn't bother asking for a refund as I can't even be bothered with the hassle, just binned it.

This is a great company, great costumer service, I had a problem with my delivery not unfabled fault and they dealt with the problem quickly.
I’m loving my products and the packaging looks great and the gummies taste lovely.

I ordered with Unfabled and my delivery seemed to get stuck in mail limbo. I reached out to the customer service team and they were extraordinarily helpful, sending a new product immediately and then following up to make sure it was received. I am so glad I gave this new company a go, I would definitely order with them again and have already recommended them to friends!

Fabulous product been gummies as a subscription seen a massive difference. Had one slight problem but was dealt with straight away, fast response I’d Absolulty 100% recommend there products. Customer service was above and beyond

Great! I had issues with delivery and when it got sent back to sender, they got in touch with me and arranged redelivery immediately. I bought the menstrual disc and was a bit apprehensive, thought it would be very fiddly. Super easy to use and very comfortable!

Fantastic products. I had an issue with my purchase as I hadn't realised that the confirmation had gone to my gpay email account. I contacted the team who responded the same day and resolved the issue with no fuss and even followed up to check that I had received the product in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend this business.
