He is very reliable and handled the whole process smoothly and completed 'Schedule of Conditions' and Party wall Award to my both neighbours in less than 4 weeks. Flawless service and execution
Our experience with UNEK has been brilliant from quote to final deliverables. Hasan Unek is detailed, organised, and explained the process to us very well. We had to complete party wall agreements on both sides, one of them with their own appointed surveyor, and Hasan managed and handled everything expertly. He even ensured that the surveyor appointed by our neighbours does not charge charge excessively. We highly recommend UNEK!
