Hej, i have not receive the purchase yet but i have to say that i bougth thinking that the price was total price but later you add tax and others. In Spain this is not correct and you should advice. Not very happy but you have very nice things

Tabella taglie da rivedere, eccellente servizio clienti.
La tabella delle taglie va rivista, perchè anche se ho seguito alla lettera tutte loro indicazioni... Mi sono ritrovata ad avere dei capi non indossabili in alcun modo.
Ho ordinato dei pezzi per creare il costume da bagno: la fascia è troppo piccola di circonferenza toracica e il bikini non è uno slip a vita alta, assomiglia ad una culotte, con la vita molle e per niente sgambata.
Tra l'altro la fascia, è arrivata difettosa.
Sono rimasta piuttosto delusa da questo primo ordine, nonostante mi avessero colpito le certificazioni, le ottime recensioni e l'apparente ottima qualità dei materiali.
Peccato!
Ho deciso di modificare questa recensione, anche in base all'eccellente servizio clienti nonché ad un errore mio che avevo scritto in precedenza e che rischiava di screditare in maniera esagerata un'azienda così buona.
Vedrò in futuro se ritentare un acquisto.

Their sizing guide is incorrect
Their sizing guide is incorrect. Please refrain from buying lingerie from this brand. If you order a lingerie set, this falls below the minimum order amount which means that if you order from a European country, you pay 10 euros to ship it to you and 20 euros for the return. You lose 30 euros, while the whole point of the sizing guide is to prevent that these things happen. Underprotection forgets the S in ESG....

Viel zu hohe Versandkosten und man sieht die tatsächlichen Versandkosten bzw. retour erst wenn man genauer nachschaut. Es sollte viel einfacher ersichtlich für den Kunden sein. Bei einem Einkauf von 30€ habe ich 20€ für den Versand bezahlt :( hätte ich das eher gewusst hätte ich niemals bestellt oder die Ware behalten!!
