Underground Ecom Arvostelua

I must admit, I approached Underground Ecom with a healthy dose of skepticism. In a world filled with grand claims and empty promises, it's rare to find a company that truly lives up to its word. But let me tell you, actions indeed speak louder than words, and Mihajlo and the team at Underground Ecom have completely won me over.

From the moment I engaged with them, it was evident that this was a company that takes its commitment seriously. Mihajlo's dedication and passion for what they do are simply outstanding. Not only are they experts in their field, but they also have a genuine desire to see their clients succeed.

What truly sets Underground Ecom apart is the people. Working with Mihajlo has been an absolute delight. Their communication, transparency, and willingness to go the extra mile make them not just a great company, but incredible partners as well.

I'm thrilled to say that my initial skepticism has been completely shattered. Underground Ecom has proven time and again that they are a force to be reckoned with. If you're searching for a company that delivers exceptional results and treats you like family, look no further than Underground Ecom.

Thank you, Mihajlo and the Underground Ecom team, for showing me that true professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for clients still exist. It's been an absolute pleasure working with you.

UE is extremely professional, we have been clients for months and feel well taken care of. We have achieved great numbers with the help of UE and have been able to take our brand to the next level. The regular calls are extremely useful, plus it's fun to talk to the participants. Aleks and Vanja have become very close to our hearts! Overall, we are very satisfied and can only recommend it!

Excellent agency - great service, very responsive, creative and technically strong, I always felt like their only Client which is always a good sign.

Since we started working with Underground Ecom in October 2022, we have seen a significant increase in our email marketing revenue, which has generated a very positive ROI and helped with the expansion of our business. The team are very, very responsive and helpful and it is a very pleasant working relationship. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend.

Underground team specially Ignacio have been a pleasure to work with. Professional, organized and efficient. This is a great organization to work with once you are ready to scale your e-commerce brand. We have nothing but good things to say about them.

Been using Underground Ecom since December 2022 with a huge increase in sales, my team and my contact Nicoleze Slabber at UE is handling all my Newsletters and settings for Klavioy with amazing result for flows, signup, and sale from newsletters, looking forward to seeing the sale for the Black Friday season

Been a customer for over 3 years, nothing but great experiences! The aesthetic, functionality, and performance of the team and its content is very high level. I would recommend Underground Ecom to others without hesitation.

Working with underground has been such a great experience. Mike and his team go above and beyond to take care of their respobsilities. The team has been so easy to work with and they put a lot of care and dedication into putting out their best work for the brand. They have increased our statistics drastcially since working with them and continue to impress us with their professionalism and perfectionism.

We have been working with them for over a year. We have 3 stores and work with 2 different teams. Both equally amazing! Can't recommend them enough. Amazing at what they do and even more amazing as people.

Mike and his team do outstanding work. They are lifting a lot of work load off of our internal team and delivering beautiful designed and strategic email campaigns and flows. Most importantly we are seeing an increase is our repeat purchase behavior and this is coming from all the work to build out the overall email strategy. Highly recommended.

Great experience, Mike our client manager goes above and beyond to help us. There is nothing he and his team can not do!

Have been using UE for a year now and im super impressed with the service!

As a small business owner, we have been reached out to by MANY companies trying to sell their services and charge an arm and a leg for services we didn't need or that were not tailored to our business model. UE reached out and spoke with us about specific business needs and listened to our feedback and molded their services around what we need. They provided fair pricing and quality content and services. We have seen a spike in online sales and returned customers due to their campaigns. I would highly recommend this team to any e-comm business.

We've tried several similar Companies who all tended to have the same bad habit... Set up our flows and campaigns and then just sit back. Underground are not like that. They constantly monitor all KPIs and are always tweaking and improving our campaigns. They also keep very up to date with new technology, methods, plug-ins etc. to improve us even further. They treat our Company as though it was their own. They are simply brilliant.

We have been blown away by this company’s ability to understand our business and passion, while bringing it to life through there marketing emails. The revenue generation and engagement of our customers has been remarkable, including reengagement of customers who hadn’t even opened an email in years. Having an engineer on their team that understands pop up flows has been a game changer for us. With gratitude for all you do, not to mention your flexibility with us!

An absolute pleasure working with this team! They always answer my questions in a detailed and timely manner. Very knowledgable :)

I've been working with Underground for about 4-5 years and they have been doing a great job. Since we started working with them we have achieved higher performing flows and campaigns. Our email creatives also look great.

Knowledgeable email and SMS marketing agency for a good price. What else can you need?

Ignacio and his team have been creative, and responsive to my companies needs. Work is done quickly and professionally, but with a focus on our brand and our company personality. Previous companies just threw generic ads at our customers, where UE tailors the communication to our base, not some generic "one size fits all" model.
