Website tells that packages are not opened but all of them. Every package contains useless and often broken stuff that you can't even use.

Avoid using this service.

Don't bother, complete waste of money!

If I could put 0 stars I would. This is a complete scam and NOT buy from this company. I received a tiny case with ancient tech and varied clothes sizes. This was obviously a put together case and I will be getting money back through my credit card as it’s a scam.

Do not buy, a total scam, sending out dirty cheap clothes to us fools willing to buy them, save your money

If 0 stars was an option that'd still be flattering. The suitcase we bought was full of clothes from different people, male , female, young, old and for good measure a few 'returns' ie brand new bits of tat thrown in. Clearly not a genuine suitcase that was listed as there was also a single loose make-up item in there. I don't mind taking a punt, but I don't feel that this is a genuine offer, even the suitcase itself was filthy and disgusting My advice would be to avoid this firm, the only result we had was a trip to the dump to get rid of it all, not even good enough for a charity shop.

I wish I'd looked here before I bought my box. Absolute tat. More than half of the parcels looked like they had been broken down from bigger deliveries, so they were not genuine parcels at all. I mainly got a random selection of unidentifiable brackets and metal joints. A terrible waste of money, and now I have to take it all to the tip, which makes it even more annoying.

Bought an ‘unclaimed piece of airline luggage’ after reading an article in the Guardian. Thought it might be quite fun and maybe we’d find something unusual or interesting.
No, it wasn’t that at all. It was a suitcase that was very obviously not genuine. Just a load of cheap shit synthetic clothing- no shoes, no toiletries, or anything that any human would actually put in a suitcase for travelling. These scammers must be raking it in. The stuff wasn’t even folded or properly packed. It was randomly chucked in. Thank god I’ve got a skip outside. It’s not even good enough for a charity bag. An expensive lesson learned!

This company customer service is non existing they don't respond to emails.
The parcel are being sold as a mystery to them as much as to the buyer. But that is not true all the parcels have been opened in my parcel all have returns labels on them that are not blanked out. They also trade under ecostocksolutions.co.uk. who also don't respond to emails.

I have ordered a product from eraya style... they book a courier through DTDC but both was unable to deliver my product with there silly reasons... eraya style had a good looking website to order from and they have given there contact details, but no one comes to respond to ur query about the product and the the refund...xyz .... please dont order any single item from eraya style it's a totally fraud company... and if u order something u will get ur tracking no also, and most importantly it's from #DTDC ... all of them are fake ... please don't order

Saw an influencers video and thought of getting one. She mentioned that her bag contained some clothes, duty free stuff and makeup, which she sold for a profit. I ordered a large package but to my surprise I got a small rucksack with wheels which they claim is worth £140 and had nothing more than worn dirty jeans and jumpers. Im pretty sure the influencer was paid by them to give a good review as my bag looked like a hand luggage with charity given clothes put in and sold as unopened packages.

FRAUD- They now operate under a different name. ECOSTOCK Solutions. Everything is checked or tampered with. NOTHING is legit. All these celebrities who have decent stuff , the staff probably bought it in and then made it look good for extra money. Push the sales for a while and sit back laughing all the way to the bank. Suitcase was old , evidently changed around for a bit of weight. Random stuff in that wouldn’t match a holiday. Absolutely ZERO sense in the case. Packages are from Temu and are rubbish/ useless junk. Damaged. Unusable.

Complete and utter waste of money and my time. I spent £180 with this company and received 20 packages, all had been opened and resealed, and all were full of complete tat! At least 40% were cruddy car parts!! I’m so annoyed with myself for being this gullible.

Box of 10 parcels I received were not unopened as stated, all had been opened and all were either broken or damaged returns, A total rip off! cost me £106 . I emailed my complaint to the company but got no reply. I dont know how they are allowed to carry on advertising parcels as Royail Mail undelivered, most are ebay returns. A total SCAM!! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Ordered 4 different boxes. Nearly everything was of poor quality, and lots of the items arrived broken, some were drawn on etc. Even the suitcase was badly damaged. Items had previously been opened. I really would save your money and try elsewhere.

Shocking firm. They advertise that the stuff is unopened. Not true.
Every package had been opened. All contained rubbish.
In regards to your order, sometimes, parcels may have to be opened prior to sale by the courier in order to remove any GDPR sensitive information such as invoices, return labels etc inside the parcel to comply with GDPR.

We do not open these, this is done prior to auction as it's necessary for all couriers to remove all forms of GDPR in order to be able to sell them.

This company is a total con I’ve had 2 lost luggage cases and 1 lot of undelivered packages, the 2 cases were just a jumble of dirty low cost clothing all different sizes not even belonging to one person that had been thrown in the case not a sign of even a phone charger or any toiletries or shoes just dirty clothing, these guys obviously get the cases go through them take out the decent stuff and then sell the cases on for £139.00 plus postage , total con 1 , then the box of 10 UNDELIVERED or returns packages the whole 10 were returns 6 defective and 4 with pieces missing, all 10 showing signs that the package had been opened so again checked and sold on ,thats total
con number 2 . Please avoid this company as I would say you have every chance of getting conned AVOID AVOID AVOID 😡😡

I recently purchased an "Undelivered Courier Parcel" from this website under the impression that these items were genuinely undelivered packages, as described in the listings. However, upon receiving my order, it was very clear that these are not undelivered parcels but rather a mix of customer returns and repackaged items.

The items I received showed clear signs of prior use and tampering, including:

A loose, unwrapped pair of trainers, indicating they had been previously opened.
A kettle with watermarks inside and a resealed box.
A shaver with visible hair residue.
An Xbox controller with the adapter missing.
This is just a few of the items !! Other items were repackaged, further confirming they were not undelivered but returns.
Your descriptions strongly imply that these parcels are untouched and lost in transit. However, the reality of what I received does not align with this. If I had wanted a customer return parcel, I would have purchased one specifically labeled as such. The misleading nature of this listing is unacceptable. I haver taken photos of the items & the website description,

I have contacted you for an adequate resolution. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be reporting this to Trading Standards and proceeding with a chargeback through my payment provider, as the description of the items supplied was not as advertised.

How you can describe these parcels as "what's inside is as much a mystery to us as it is you" is beyond me - let me tell you I solved that mystery very quickly !!
