I thoughtfully created my own box for my mother-in-law through the unboxme website and it was a total waste of 30 minutes. I selected 8 items, chose a card and wrote a nice message, typed in all of my billing info and address info, and then the website crashed and everything I had created was erased. So ridiculous. So now I have to google another giftbox shop and buy elsewhere.

Both of my friends were delighted and touched by these boxes. Thank you for helping me support them.

I really like the customization available depending on your need. Shipping was ok, I wish it were a little faster. Also with shipping, the package arrived damaged. Other than that, which was not unboxme’s fault, everything was phenomenal!

This is the most innovative idea I’ve seen in awhile!! Being able to send a loved one a personal box for any reason is so great. If you live far away and can’t bring someone a care package, this is the next best thing by far. I absolutely loved the entire experience.

Decided to use Unboxme for Mother's Day gifts for all the women at church. Needed to a large number of boxes and ship them quickly because I needed to have the gifts prepared a couple days before Mother's Day. Sent an email to confirm they could meet my needs. Sara got back to me and was great in terms of responsiveness and being customer-focused. She answered all of my questions...facilitated a refund because I forgot the coupon code when placing the order online...made the process smooth, easy, and expeditious. I received everything on time and the ladies at church loved their gifts.

Great, responsive customer service. A wonderful way to send a gift from afar with a personal touch and having to double on shipping efforts. My only improvement request would be allowing to preschedule shipments, so say a friend has a birthday next month, it would be great to be able to place the order ahead of time instead of having to wait until ~a week before. That way there's less risk of it slipping my mind later on.

As always, the products are quality and the service is exceptional. I've had nothing but good transactions thus far, and even the recipients have said they will now start using the service too!

Placed an order for my best friends birthday out of state and while using ShopPay, I accidentally had it scheduled to ship to my house.

I sent an email and it was rectified quickly in less than two hours with a real response from an actual person!

I loved creating my own gift box to surprise my friend going through a tough time. The premade ones are also great, but I had a budget. The selection of items to pick from is really incredible and the delivery was quick. Definitely recommend!

Website is easy to navigate, so many great items to choose from. The gift boxes arrived in a timely manner and very well presented. The gift recepients loved the gifts! Will definitely be using Unbox Me again.
